“Very enjoyable stay on the Yidashao side of Sun Moon Lake. I had a room with no windows, but it was comfortable and well configured. The breakfast was pre-prepared for me with a wide variety of items (coffee, juice, congee, tofu, fruit, chicken nuggets, fries, salad, fried egg and smoked fish) it was like breakfast and lunch combined! “We had a lovely stay at this European-style hotel. The room was relatively spacious for a family, even with just two beds. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. While the location on the south side of the lake is a bit tucked away and takes more effort to reach, it is surrounded by a vibrant old street with plenty of life and things to do. ”

“Great customer service! They are very helpful to guests, and it is a unique guesthouse with lots of wood and art. It is right around the corner from the Sun Moon village night market. There are a few resort villages around the lake, but this one is the closest to the cable car that goes to the Aboriginal Culture Park. The cable car is walking distance (and worth the ride), but you can also rent bicycles or electric bicycles very affordably near the hotel and get around easily.”
