• Damage deposit: a pre-authorization of $75 will be processed on your credit card at check-in and released after departure, provided there is no damage or additional cleaning required
• Parking: $10 per vehicle per day — outdoor surface lot and covered garage on-site (height limit 6'8"); EV charging stations and ADA-accessible spaces available; all vehicles must be registered with the front desk
• Pet fee: $75 per pet for stays of 1–6 nights; $150 per pet for stays of 7 or more nights (dogs and cats welcome, max 2 pets, up to 100 lbs each; must be registered at check-in with current vaccinations)
