“Nous avons été très déçus de devoir payer 50 US$ pour changer les serviettes et faire le lit après 3 jours alors que ce service est proposé sur la feuille d’accueil mais le coût n’est nullement indiqué donc semble gratuit. Nous avons fait part de notre incompréhension au manager mais il n’a rien voulu savoir. De plus des travaux de construction à proximité toute la journée dérangent notre tranquillité durant le séjour, c’est regrettable.”

“Amazing spacious property one block from the beach and ocean.Located in a quiet neighborhood with close access to public transportation to all costal sites and restaurants. The upper deck provides a view of the ocean and is great for sun and socializing. The property manager is very helpful and responds immediately. We will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Villa is a great space for families, nice pool, great size and good value for money. The owner and support manager always on hand and replied immediately to any questions. Only real negative is the poor road to the property but of course not the owners fault. At some point a quick refresh would make it a five star ”

“We stayed for 2 weeks here in April, and it just worked so well for our two families. Lots of space in all the bedrooms and the teenagers made themselves at home in the basement annex. All of the living spaces are more than ample,with the best outdoor space for the pool and BBQs. It’s 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach which has bars, a top quality restaurant and also the local garage which is great for convenience supplies. Peter is great, and couldn’t be more helpful, top quality host. ”

“We had a fabulous time here- the location of the home was wonderful. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants and a local convenience store. What we really enjoyed the most was having the pool/ hot tub/patio and outdoor grilling and eating to start and end each day with. The rooster found his perch in the tree, announcing his arrival at 6pm every evening and the monkeys played tag on the roof a couple of mornings. Charles and Eunice were so helpful and welcoming! We had an amazing time!”

“Booked with short notice. Property manager Sarah was great and quick to reply to booking requests. Property owner was lovely. Spent time talking to us and responded very quickly to any requests. Property itself is a little gem. Pool is small but perfect for our needs. House certainly felt bigger than expected. Plenty of room. Hidden away but only a few minutes walk to the beach and public transport routes. Away from any road noise. Will certainly look to revisit again sometime. ”
