El hotel está en muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de varios restaurantes de comida rápida. Tiene un estacionamiento muy amplio y la pequeña alberca que tienen está muy cómoda y tranquila. El personal siempre fue muy amable y contestaron siempre muy amables a todas nuestras preguntas y necesidades.

I made a last minute reservation at the BW to see the eclipse of the sun, When most other properties were sold out they weren't gouging on the room price. Room was comfortable, clean, and the staff were friendly and responsive.

Did not get WiFi password or any other information about the hotel when I checked in. Had to figure out how to get the channels to come in the TV and most of the lights were motioned sensored and wouldn’t stay on.

The only bad part is we had a Jacuzzi room with a balcony but the balcony was located above the inside pool area. It was noisy when people were in the pool at 8am in the damn morning.

Decent stay
Everything was good but the bed. You could tell the bed was old and wore like crazy. There was a big dip towards the center of the bed. Other than that was a good stay

This hotel looked nothing like the pictures online! Pool was cold, hot tub was down and extremely filthy, breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! Dirty showers, building was cold.

The only problem I had was that I wanted to change my date and the manager on duty said he couldn't authorize the change without even looking to see and let us know that the hotel was already booked for the change I wanted to make. This just caused a pain in the ass that didn't need to happen if he would've checked to see that the hotel was already booked for the changed date that I wanted to make. Instead he caused a lot of time and energy by Expedia and myself with phones calls back and forth but if he would've just looked and told me the hotel was already booked none of that time would have had to been taken to try to get a change approved when it couldn't be changed in the first place because the hotel was booked. UGH! AAR!

Comfortable and convenient
The hotel is very convenient to Ball State and to the football tailgating. The staff were super nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable. My only issue was that I could hear my neighbors and anyone in the hall very easily. Luckily when I went to bed they were either asleep or gone.

Overnight stay ok.
This hotel is ok for an overnight stay. Room was clean, bed comfortable, plenty of plugs. Nice shower head. Small tv, which we didn't even turn on. Nice pool, and it was quiet there. Hot tub was not working.

Convenient to Ball State and pretty standard room. It was a bit noisy throughout the night. Be advised that if you want an early check-in or late check-out, there is a $30 fee.

Not the cleanest
I waited for 10mins to check in while the employee was on the phone directly in front of me. The hallway smelled and the room wasn't the cleanest. In the bathroom someone left a cleaning brush on the top of the shower and filth had collected in the corners.

The property was in excellent condition. The rooms were very clean and quite and staff was very personable and helpful. I thought that the rate was a little high, but all motel rates are pretty high these days. This was a Friday night, so week nights may be more affordable. Overall, tis was a nice stay and I would recommend to visitors.
