“El apartamento que nos asignaron era muy ruidoso y nos cambiaron a una habitación muy amplia y agradable pero no hicieron la limpieza antes de que entráramos todos los muebles llenos de polvo, la terraza con telarañas, vajilla sucia y restos de comida usada en el congelador, al día siguiente tampoco hicieron limpieza y cuando llegaron a darnos toallas limpias, solo se llevaron la basura.”

“Property was in a good location, grounds neat, parking convenient to building entry up to our unit. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment on the first floor. Spacious & comfortable, kitchen & bathroom dated. Kitchen good size though other than a few basic pieces of cutlery & crockery, you would need to bring your own stuff. No TV in main bedroom, would have liked a double PowerPoint on one side of the bed so as not to need to unplug lamp to plug in mobile. Walked to Manuka & Kingston shops as well as...

“This is a top hotel in every regard. It is so refreshing to have the space and luxury compared to a lot of 5 star places which can be bright and shiny but smaller rooms and not as "opulent" as the Hyatt Canberra feels. This was a treat and I travel every week so if in Canberra.....DO IT!”

“While it is a bit worn out the bed was very comfortable, the aircon worked well (it was humid for Canberra) Staff were thoughtful and kind and the shower was great.”

“We always stay here when having short trips to Canberra to visit family. The breakfast is really nice and we have no issues. It’s not a 5 star place but it’s clean, safe, has free parking and you can’t beat it for the price!”
