✔ Street-facing camera is installed for safety one camera that only shows the front yard and walkway. The management company discloses all cameras but does not monitor or access them.



LIMITED ACCESS AREAS

✔ The garage contains a covered vehicle that is private and not part of the rental.

✔ A small locked space above the laundry room is not accessible for safety reasons.
