The unique artist's house in Oberhaching offers 11 beds on 220m² (2680 sf) of living space with room for a family reunion or larger groups. Well suited for vacationers as well as for seminars and workshops with a large meeting room.

Perfectly located: only 24 minutes by S-Bahn to Marienplatz or to all Upper Bavarian tourist highlights quickly by car.

The entire house is tastefully furnished in a unique architectural style and displays 70 paintings by the artist.

The spacious artist's house is stylish and yet focuses on the essentials: The pleasant and relaxed accommodation of up to 11 people plus 1 baby. The beds are spread over four bedrooms. Three bathrooms, all with showers and one with a bathtub, ensure that getting up together does not lead to long waiting times.

The spacious living and dining area with adjoining generously equipped kitchen extends to a total of almost 70m². In addition to all the technical equipment you would expect from a high-quality kitchen, we guarantee a basic supply of sugar, salt, pepper, flour, tea, coffee, vinegar and oil.

The four bedrooms are distributed as follows:

- Bedroom 1 with two single beds 90 x 200 cm joined together to form a double bed (beds can be separated). Attached to bedroom 1 "en suite" is bathroom 1 with shower, bathtub, bidet, WC and washbasin.

- Bedroom 2 has two levels: Level 1 downstairs has two single beds 90 x 200 cm put together to form a double bed (beds can be separated). Level 2 is accessible via a comfortable ladder and also has two single beds 90 x 200 cm joined together to form a double bed.

- Bedroom 3 has two levels: Level 1 downstairs has a single bed 90 x 200 cm. Level 2 is accessible via a comfortable ladder and also has two single beds 90 x 200 cm joined together to form a double bed.

- Bathroom 2 is located directly next to bedrooms 2 and 3 with shower, bidet, WC and washbasin.

- Bathroom 3 with shower, WC and washbasin is located on the first floor.

In the basement there is a spacious 44m² studio. The studio accommodates
- a seating area for 4 people (sofa plus 2 armchairs)
- a fully equipped workstation at a large desk with HD 27-inch monitor, keyboard and mouse for connection to the laptop via USB-C
- a large meeting table with 10 seats with 55-inch 4k monitor for presentations and whiteboard.

A laundry room is located in a side room to the studio, with a washing machine and dryer as well as various cleaning products, an iron and ironing board and supplies for the house


There is a beautiful pond in the garden, which is separated from the rest of the garden by flower pots to prevent children from accessing it.

The entire house is equipped with fast Wi-Fi using the mesh method with download rates of at least 50 Mbit/s up to 250 Mbit/s everywhere.

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas. Parties are not permitted. Of course, you can hold family gatherings with up to 12 people (sufficient crockery is available).

The rental takes place in the name and for the account of the owners through the professional vacation home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR. The owners are temporarily traveling and will live in the house again afterwards. You will therefore enjoy a professional service in a private atmosphere with a lot of charm. The rental price includes 7% VAT. Accommodation invoices can be issued (please request).

The house is self-contained and comprises all three floors of the very spacious house. You live in the neighborhood of other single-family homes in a quiet cul-de-sac. The "Deisenhofen" S-Bahn (13 minutes) and the town center of Deisenhofen and Oberhaching are within walking distance.

All stores for daily needs and restaurants are located around the beautiful artist vacation home. On the day of arrival (on request before) you will receive a detailed guest folder by email with GPS locations and many recommendations for restaurants, walks and excursions.

Two vehicles can be parked under cover on the property.

It is very easy to get to Munich by car, and you can also easily get to vibrant Munich with its numerous top tourist destinations by public transport (S-Bahn "Deisenhofen" is a 13-minute walk away. The S-Bahn takes 24 minutes to Marienplatz). Both, whether by car or by S-Bahn, are described in detail in the guest folder mentioned above.

You live approx. 25 minutes by car from Munich's Stachus, 35 minutes by car from the beautiful spa town of Bad Tölz, 30 minutes from Lake Starnberg, 60 minutes by car from Garmisch-Partenkirchen with the Zugspitze, 90 minutes by car from Neuschwanstein Castle and 90 minutes by car in the opposite direction from Königssee.
