Habitacion sin calefaccion,siendo que hubo temperaturas de hasta 6 grados centigrados,es decir mucho frio,el argumento es que no hay forma de elegir,ya que la mayoria de los huespedes queria aire acondicionado,argumento realmente poco creible Habitacion muy chica sin posibilidad de guardar ropa Un hotel para no ir nunca,el desayuno a 18 euros,segun mi evaluacion calidad debajo del promedio,carisimo por lo que ofrecen No entiendo como pueden calificar en el site algo asi como magnifico Resumiendo un hotel malisimo para nunca volver

Hotel muy Confortable
Muy cerca al centro para ir caminando. Nos encantó la habitación, el baño muy cómodo, el silencio perfecto para dormir tranquilos. El desayuno agradable. El personal atento.

Excelente hotel, altamente recomendable.
Excelente hotel, habitaciones nuevas y excelentes condiciones, muy limpio y bonito. La ubicación es muy cerca de la estación de trenes, aunque por las noches recomendaría tener precaución porque se siente algo inseguro por las personas que hay al rededor, pero nada preocupante. La verdad vale completamente la pena y el desayuno está MUY bueno, vale la pena completamente.

Limpieza de la habitación/del hotel. Hotel muy limpio y agradable Calidad del servicio. Personal muy amable Servicios del hotel. Wifi bueno. Si se opta porque no limpien la habitación durante la estancia, regalan un cupón de descuento para gastarlo en el bar Ubicación del hotel. A 200 metros de la estación central, aunque no vimos nada extraño, en la noche zona es un poco solitaria

Hotel moderno. Tamaño y comodidad de la habitación bueno, baño funcional pero pequeño. Atención correcta. Es un lugar para pernoctar y nada más si queremos visitar Munich.

Del hotel todo excelente, inclusive la atencion del personal de recepcion. Lo que no me gusto es la ubicacion, si bien esta a metros de la estacion principal de trenes , el ambiente no es bueno.-

Perfection! This hotel is fantastic in every aspect. The only criticism I have is that they charge an additional fee if you arrive a little bit early and a room is available. (The official check-in time is 3pm. We arrived at 12:30pm.) This seems to be a relatively new trend - a way to make more money from guests. If a room is ready, it should be made available without any extra charges. Also, it is best not to justify it with "all hotels do this", especially since it is not true.

Poor Stay
Very small room. Poor lighting as of you are staying in a real cabin in the middle of the forest. Room has no drinking cups and no fridge. Had to collect cups from the front desk. No fridge means we could not buy milk or fruit juice to keep. Asked for a kettle because its winter and need to make hot drinks and was given one that looked like un-descaled in the last 10 years. Totally unusable. Shame on the hotel for keeping it as a relic. Staff (except for 1) looked uninterested all the time and slightly grouchy. Bathroom door is faulty causing water to seep out from the shower area into the dry area. Hot food served at breakfast were all salty especially the eggs. The hotel does provide free bottled water. You just pick it up from the counter. But this minor service does not make up for all the missing amenities and services usually offered by a standard hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr außergewöhnlich gestaltet. Schon die Fahrt zum Zimmer im Aufzug der wie eine Gondel gestaltet ist, ist genial. Im Aufzug werden Videos abgespielt in denen man sieht dass die Gondel hoch oder runter fährt. Das Zimmer ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet aber doch zu zweit etwas beengt. Ich war als Alleinreisende unterwegs,für das war das Zimmer perfekt. Das Hotel verfolgt ein anderes Konzept zur Zimmerreinigung. Wenn man möchte bekommt man wie üblich die tägl. Zimmerreinigung. Man kann aber auch darauf verzichten und bei Bedarf bescheid geben. Ich habe keinen Zimmerservice für die 4 Tage gebraucht. War so völlig ok. Das Hotel bietet rund um die Uhr kostenfreies Wasser an. Ich war zu einer Zeit in der es 32 Grad hatte, da kam das Wasser wie gerufen. Das Frühstück fand ich okay, aber nichts besonderes. Das Personal ist jung und sehr nett und hilfsbereit, auch bei Fragen zu Unternehmungen außerhalb Münchens. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Von dort kommt man überall hin. Es war super. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Cute and convenient
Exactly as advertised. Very cute property with a nice patio, good breakfast, easy walk from central train station. Rooms are small, no place to unpack except two small shelves and 2 hangers. Good for a short stay.

Hotel is new and nice. Thursday ski theme is very cool, including the custom elevators. There is active construction directly across the street, which was very loud during the day. It is really hot in Munich in June, but the hotel rooms don’t have refrigerators to store drinks/food. The front desk called our taxi to the airport. The first front desk guy the evening before we left said it was €50, and would take 30mins. The front desk guy in the morning called the cab and said it would be €70, and it would take 45mins. The actual time was about 45min, but the taxi cost €110. I definitely would’ve taken the train, if the estimate was near €100.
