Ottima posizione, al centro ma in una zona tranquilla con tanti negozi, ristoranti e bar intorno. 15 min a piedi alla piazza centrale e 5 min di tram alla stazione centrale. Camera con tutto, una macchina di caffè che macina il caffè direttamente. La stanza guarda verso un giardino interno. Sicuramente opterei di nuovo per questo posto!

We spent 7 days at this location - the place was clean when we arrived but there was no soap or shampoo. When asked for some, they did not have any and we eventually had to buy our own. No one came to clean, change the sheets or provide clean towels the entire time we were there. The most frustrating thing is the 10pm quiet time. There is an employee who will knock on your door if you are having a low toned conversation or your kids are giggling to tell you be quiet. This happened every night and my kids were quietly playing with their I-pad with no volume but would giggle occasionally. I gave it an average because I guess the they should have been more attentive to our needs in terms of replacing the towels, providing soap and cleaning. They should also make you aware of the 10pm quiet time on the web site so you can make a more informed decision about staying here. It was frustrating trying to enjoy our vacation and having to be perfectly silent after 10pm. If you are traveling with small children, this is not the place to stay,

The staff was not friendly at all. They know lied on the door at 10:01pm to tell us it was quiet hours and our 1 year old needed to stop crying. The area surrounding the apartment was sketchy. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after the first night because it was a horrible experience.

Room is ok. Had bunk beds, the TV faced an awkward angle. We did have to ask for bath towels and toilet paper. They did have quite hours so you couldn’t be loud. It was close the Isartor station which is a plus. The entrance to the station is hidden as you gotta walk into the small shopping center where there’s a store/market next to it. Then down quite a bit of stairs. If you don’t use that entrance then you gotta walk a couple of blocks to the main entrance of the Isartor station.

TV doesn’t work. Water in the shower doesn’t drain. No towels, vanity mirror hung too high. Bathroom door lock doesn’t lock properly. The property is clean, has plenty of space, it looks very new. I like the location, walkable, near shops, restaurants and public transportation.

Unterkunft eigentliche alles super..aber das die drei Doppelbetten in einem kleinen Raum stehen ist unmöglich. Das bei einem 6 Personen Appartment keine separate Toilette gibt ist ebenfalls unmöglich. Wegen diesen beiden Punkten eine schlechte Bewertung ansonsten Lage Sauberkeit alles super

Crazy neighbor screaming and calling cops!

This apartment is in a residential building, on the ground floor. Clearly the residents don’t want short term rentals there - we arrived at 10pm and by 11pm one of the neighbors had called the management company and threatened the police. She then came banging on our door, screaming and again threatening the police. We were not being unreasonably noisy. The management company failed to calm the neighbor down and allows it to escalate. The next day, the mgt company called me to inform me that there was an error and gave me $120 and two bottles of water for my trouble - not sure that helped with the overall bad experience. The place was clean but tiny. I would not recommend this place at all

Great amenities but needs AC

Really nice apartment. Room for the whole family. Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, clean kitchen with everything you need. But it was SO HOT! The room was so uncomfortably warm at night and there are no windows to open. It was cool outside too so I cannot imagine how warm the room would be in the summer. It really needs an air conditioner.

Conveniently located short distance from Isator stop and walking distance to the town center. Very clean. Air condition would be nice for the hot summer but the fan in the room is adequate. Be aware that the front door requires a very hard yank to open after punching in the access code

A clean and modern property and I slept well. Lots of space too. Only issue is it was pretty warm in the early part of the night and on the ground floor I couldn't open the windows/doors.

The apartments are lovely, quiet, and well located, and the family suite has plenty of room. -1 for parking difficulties. There is construction in the area and it makes parking nearly impossible. You’ll be walking from a garage a few blocks away. Not a big deal unless you have children or disabled in your group like I have.
