  • Newly renovated loft in the historic heart of Munich. Prime location on a small side street just steps from Marienplatz and Munich’s famous pedestrian zone, well known for its excellent shopping.
    A great variety of restaurants, cafes, museums, and galleries. The “Marienplatz” subway station provides frequent and convenient access to all of Munich.
    Beautifully decorated, this loft captivates with a stunning blend of historic features dating back as far as the 16th century and contemporary design elements. Sections of the original brick wall have been carefully exposed to create a tasteful contrast between contemporary art, mid-century, and modern furniture. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, and kettle. All essentials are provided.
    Creating a cozy atmosphere, the eye-catching fireplace in the living room lounge is the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
    The loft measures 56 square meters.
    The two bedrooms are furnished with one queen-size bed and two single beds.
    The newly designed bathroom features a combination of high-end fixtures and vintage elements.
    Free and unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as new Wi-Fi-enabled smart TVs, are available in every room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Munich. The location was amazing and so easy to get to places we wanted to explore. It was very warm the 3 nights we stayed, but the fans kept the air moving, so we managed. LOL Farida's communication with me was wonderful, however she does need a new picture of the apt. door (it's now a dog doormat, not a welcome mat. hahaha!) We'd stay here again.

Great Stay in Munich

Had a great stay at this flat in Munich, what an amazing location close to everything! It had all the European charm you ask for and the most space we have had on our entire trip through our first 3 counties (and 4 towns). I would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect location for exploring Munich

The apartment was the ideal location for exploring Munich. We could walk to many spots on our agenda and taxis were accessible for anything else. Place was clean and what we needed for our stay. Furniture was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Amazing, convenient location

We really loved the location of this apartment. All the major attractions of Munich within a 10 minute walk. Check in and check out was easy.

Farida was the best host in Munich! She was very accommodating with our complicated travel schedule, and quickly responded to any questions that we had. The flat and building in general were amazing, so much history and many unique features that made staying in the property a real treat! Beds were very comfortable, and whole flat cozy. Location was perfect, short walk or train everywhere, and Indian restaurant across the street was great! We would love to come back to stay here in the summer some day!

Great location

You can't beat the location of this loft--it is right around the corner from all the sights in Munich so you can easily walk everywhere. It's definitely creaky and funky but has everything you need. The check in process was smooth and communication with the manager excellent.

This is an authentically rustic apartment in the heart of busy old town Munich. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the building was safe and charming. The kitchen was quite small as pictured and the shower was typically European, quite tight.We did see a few cockroaches in the building but perhaps typical for a very old building in a dense city center. When we stayed at the apartment the kitchen faucet was very loose which made it tricky to turn on and off. We had a nice stay in this charming place.

Fantastic location in the heart of everything

Location, location, location… it doesn’t get better than this loft! Our family of 3 came to Munich for Christmas markets and we were so happy that we chose this place. You are 5-7 minutes walk from all the best main sights in Munich. Marienplatz and Viktualien market are literally around the corner. This loft is in a historical building from the 16th century which adds to the uniqueness and style of the home. It was a perfect setting for Christmas. Excellent communication from the host, very helpful and quick. We truly enjoyed it. Thank you

Outstanding Munich Experience - Couldn’t Ask for Better!We had an absolutely wonderful 5-day stay at this property in Munich’s Altstadt. Everything about our experience exceeded expectations.Location (5/5): The location is simply perfect - we were literally steps from Marienplatz and right in the heart of Munich’s historic old town. We could walk to every major attraction, restaurant, and sight within minutes. The S-Bahn station was incredibly convenient for our airport transfers, and we never needed any other transport during our stay.Host (5/5): Our host was truly fantastic and went above and beyond throughout our visit. They were incredibly responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and made us feel completely welcome. You couldn’t ask for better hospitality - they really made our Munich experience special.Property (5/5): The accommodation was excellent in every way. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for our needs. Having such a high-quality base in this prime location made our entire trip so much more enjoyable.We spent our days exploring everything from the English Garden to traditional beer halls, and it was wonderful to be able to walk home easily each evening. The property made our Munich adventure absolutely perfect.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience the best of Munich.
