Un hotel muy bien decorado con cuartos muy amplios
Nuestra estancia estuvo muy bien con magnífica actitud del personal a ayudar y resolver problemas. Los cuartos muy lkmpios y muy amplios. Un rwtaurante japones excelente y los desayunos bastos y ricos.

Best Hotel in Munich
Por mucho el mejor hotel en Munich. Me he podido quedar en varios Hoteles de la Ciudad, incluso hoteles mucho mejor rankeados y de más estrellas y mucho mayor precio, y no le piden nada... La ubicación es excelente, el personal y servicio estupendo y las habitaciones increíbles! Estoy seguro de que voy a regresar a este Hotel la siguiente vez que visite Munich. This is by far the best hotel in Munich. I have visited several other Hotels in the City (even higher rated and pricier ones) and this is definitely my favorite. The Location is great, the staff and service is superb and the rooms are beautiful! I am sure I will stay at this Hotel next time I´m in Munich. Loved it !

One of our favourite hotels - ever!
Louis Hotel is a fantastic hotel, in a perfect location for exploring Munich. The rooms are beautiful and well-designed; the small touches make it even nicer, and the breakfast dishes are 10/10. The staff are also kind and attentive, making it a 5-star stay all-round.

MARVELOUS! A “MUST” if you’re in Munich and want to be near city centrum. Through one door you’re already at Viktualienmarkt and through the other, a few steps to Marienplatz and surroundings. The hotel is elegant and its rooms (at least mine) was big, comfy and with all necessary appliances, very uncommon in European hotels. I had direct view to Viktualienmarkt and, if I opened the door/window, I listened at the churches bells’ tolling. Has a nice bar and excellent restaurant service. Absolutely LOVED IT.

Nice hotel with minor flaws
Lovely hotel in a great location in Munich. Breakfast staff and food were great and delicious. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Not great TV options and TV was slow to respond. Probably one of the worst mattresses I’ve slept on as well as pillows. Mattress was hard and thin. Also, not sure why 2 single duvets on a double bed. Housekeeping gentleman wasn’t too friendly either. Apart from that was still a nice stay.

Alt, aber fantastisch gelegen!
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, unser Zimmer war nicht zu schön (Teppich, der sich von allein aufrollte; deutlich sichtbare rostige Aufhängung des Waschbeckens im Bad, „Duschvorhänge“; schwergängige Tür). Das Personal ist bemüht, berücksichtigt aber nicht ohne Nachfrage den VIP-Status als Gold-Mitglied (kein Upgrade; Voucher für ein Willkommensgetränk, der aber wg. Platzmangels auf der Dachterrasse nicht eingelöst werden konnte). Der Hammer ist die Lage direkt am Viktualienmarkt!!! Wir konnten auf Annehmlichkeiten im Hotel problemlos verzichten, weil alles Schöne in unmittelbarer Nähe war!

Disappointed High Repeat Guests Last Stay
This was our 12th and sadly last stay at the hotel! It used to be great, now torn curtains and worn out rugs in the room, had to beg for refills for the coffee machine, asked repeatedly to leave the AC on and repeatedly came back to a hot room with the AC turned off by the same department that failed to refill the coffee or fridge as was prior usual, the staff turnover is also extremely high as we only recognized one person from our prior 12 visits. We even left notes to leave the AC on that went ignored, see photo. Price is not our main decision factor but for the payout can stay almost anywhere in Munich and most for less money. Bayerische Hof will get our business next time! There used to be a great manager Herr Fuchs, did not ask but are guessing he is no longer at the location.
