La ubicación es buena por estar cerca de la estación, pero para llegar al hotel se siente un poco peligroso por las otras propiedades alrededor. Ya dentro del hotel todo es magnífico! El minibar es gratis así como bebidas calientes

La ubicacion estupenda, andando al centro en 15 minutos y la estacion central a 2 con infinitud de trenes, metro, bus y tranvias. La limpieza de la habitacion mejorable, pero creo que la culpa er del chico que hacia nuestras habitaciones. Desayuno muy bueno para ser un hotel de ciudad

Nicely located hotel!
Well located hotel in Munich! The room was nicely structured with some free drinks included in the minibar. Despite the parking is located a few meters away, you have a direct access from the hotel. The only point to improve would be to have the opportunity to pay the parking directly form the hotel, so you don't have to go outside the building.

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. If you walk 200 metres left from the hotel there are loads of good ethnic restaurants. 200 metres from the right is the german and tourist places. The staff made this a great trip and our upgraded room was excellent.

HOtel cuidado y con diseño, desayuno de cinco estrellas , ropa de cama y toallas impecable , habitaciones bonitas y espaciosas .excelente situación si deseas hacer excursiones por su cercanía a la Estación de trenes , minibar gratuito....muy recomendable por todo , la única pega es que la calle donde esta es un poco fea , pero se te olvida en cuanto entras ....

Un hotel que cumple con las expectativas
Se trata de un hotel de gama media que cumple muy bien las necesidades de quienes los utilizan. Para comenzar cuenta con habitaciones espaciosas y una cama muy confortable que permite un buen descanso, quizá podría mejorarse algo en la opción de almohadas blandas o duras. El desayuno buffet servido en el comedor está bien y cuenta con bastante variedad para todo tipo de gustos, dulces y salados. Aseo diario de la habitación, pero ojo el primer día no hicieron aseo, no se si porque no coloque el aviso en la puerta, o porque si no lo indicas no lo hacen (tienen un programa ecológico), pero cuando llegue me enviaron nuevas toallas y no pasó nada. El personal de recepción y todos en general muy amables y dispuestos a solucionar tus consultas y requerimientos a pesar de la barrera del idioma En cuanto a la ubicación está a unos quince minutos caminando a Marienplatz y a dos cuadras de la estación de trenes, sin embargo el barrio no es muy atractivo, pero depende de la calle por la que entres mejora bastante En general una buena estadía

El hotel esta bien pero no el barrio
Esperaba mas de un 4 estrellas. El barrio donde esta ubicado no es agradable y caminar de noche por ahi con chicos no lo recomiendo. Aunque las habitaciones del frente tienen doble vidrio nos costo dormir por el ruido del exterior.

Estupendo hotel
El hotel está muy bien comunicado, a dos paradas de metro del centro, estación de metro a 50 m y al lado de la estación central del tren. Mini bar gratis con agua, Coca Cola, cerveza, café, etc. Muchos supermercados cerca (lidl). Si vas en coche el parking cuesta 18€ al día. Muy limpio y habitación muy amplia.

The elevator was broken in that day and it was a Lilttle bit uncomfortable as I was in the 5th floor . The other aspects were simply excellent . The staff was friendly and professional. The room was one of the best elements . Very wide and with a lot of space. This kind of hotel should be located in a more prestigious area of Munich . There were a lot of "non-trustable" people around the hotel and train station

Es un buen hotel, nuevo y moderno muy cerca de la estacion de trenes, y a 20 minutos andando de las marienplazt, aunque el paseo se hace muy agradable y rapido. Sin duda recomendaría el hotel .

Fantastic stay at Mercure hotel. Staff all around the hotel from check in to cleaning and kitchen were very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent and extra services were so handy like the free coffee and and free room mini bar which was replenished daily. Also ideal location being close to popular attractions. Would definitely stay again next time in in Munich

Struttura coomoda al centro di Monaco e a due passi dalla stazione centrale. Camera di buon dimensioni e molto pulita, abbiamo gradito il fatto che tutto quello che c'era nel minibar era free, la colazione non l'abbiamo provata per cui non posso dire.

The hotel is excellent value for money, and conveniently situated for visiting Munich and the surrounding area due to it's position near the main railway station. The only negative is the street can be noisy at night if you have the windows open.
