Eco-sustainable house is built with green building techniques, electricity produced with photovoltaic panels and hot water from a solar thermal system, the composter in the garden allows guests to contribute, with the recovery of food waste and their transformation into compost, to the reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere. The apartment is located in a very peaceful setting, not far from the sea, sheltered from noise and in a well-ventilated position, enjoying a climate without summer heat. These characteristics make it naturally fresh, so it is as pleasant to stay indoors as it is outdoors. The large size of the bedrooms (three) and the living room (over 35 m2) allow full livability even for large groups.
