. Tranquility First: The residence is equipped with smart noise-monitoring (decibel levels only) and exterior security to ensure a peaceful neighborhood vibe.

. Exclusive Access: To maintain the quality of the residence, only registered guests are permitted. Parties or commercial events are strictly prohibited.

. A Special Touch: Please enjoy the custom designer shopping bag provided for your stay! We just ask that it stays in the studio upon your departure for the next guest to enjoy.

. Note on Policy: To protect our home, violations of these standards (such as unauthorized parties or smoking) will result in immediate reservation termination and a €500 compliance fee to cover specialized cleaning and security costs.
