  • Cosy farmhouse with swimming pool with unique views of the village of Muro.



    Located 2 Km from the village of Muro. Capacity for 4 people.

    It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with shower.

    Fully equipped kitchen next to the dining room. In this area there is air conditioning.

    The outdoor area is spectacular, the garden has an area of 500 m², with a large pool of 11x5 metres, sun loungers, barbecue and outdoor furniture to enjoy the good weather.



    IMPORTANT:

    - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform.

    - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.

    - Electricity included (3 kw/day per person)

    - A refundable deposit will be charged.

    - Parties are not allowed.

    - To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

    - Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.

Wir haben das Abendessen auf der Terrasse genossen. Es ist sehr ruhig und es war toll. Während des Tages waren wir nicht viel zu Hause, weil wir an den Strand gegangen sind oder beim Wandern. Es hat alles was wir brauchten. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The place is nice and remote, the finca has everything we needed we had a great time! Only thing that was a bit awkward for us was: the last day before our departure the owners showed up announced and stayed for about a hour spraying the grass etc.

We’ve had an amazing week

We’ve had an amazing week. The hosts were so accommodating with our needs and quick to respond. The house is as described. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The pool and outdoor space was lovely. AC is only in the living area, however was strong enough to cool the whole house. The only downside is the master bed is uncomfortable. But wouldn’t stop us returning.

Toller Aufenthalt mit sehr schöner Terrasse zum verweilen

Die Terrasse, der Pool, die tolle Aussicht, die Privatsphäre, die Ausstattung u.a. Grill und Gasherd, die Besitzerin und das Mallorca Charme Team waren sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett, da wir die Ruhe auf dem Land gesucht haben und ein Mietauto besaßen war die Lage für uns perfekt (Mietauto zu empfehlen!), Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos. Wir werden wieder kommen! Das Bett sollte eingeölt oder bearbeitet werden quietscht bei jeder Bewegung

Gut ausgestattete etwas dunkle Finca in ruhiger Lage aufs Auto ist man angewiesen.

Nette freundliche Vermieter, die allerdings nur spanisch sprechen. Große Terrasse mit großem Garten und großem Pool. Genügend Ruhe um zu entspannen. Die Haushaltsausstattung ist super. Wir waren jetzt 3 Mal da und werden wiederkommen. Die Matratzen sind zu weich und verursachen Rückenschmerzen. Wespennester, von uns aber spät entdeckt, unter den Sonnenschirmen entfernen. Es gibt viele Ameisen, die wir aber erfolgreich mit biologisch abbaubarem Spray vertrieben haben.

The garden with the pool and the outdoor patio area are very well maintained in every detail. We found the greenery extremely well cared for and well maintained. The garden has 2 parasols with 5 deck chairs. The patio has a nice table for eating out and an area with sofas. The pool is large and very nice.The house is in the middle of nowhere, the neighbours are nice sheep and at 19 o'clock roosters and chickens approach the edge of the house.Perfect for relaxing and getting away from the overcrowding of August. Highly recommended if you like fincas (country houses)Internally the house has quite old furniture, some drawers smell old as do some cupboards. Even when left open the smell did not go away. The blackout curtains reeked of dust. The beds were uncomfortable and creaked making disturbing noises. The pillows were old and synthetic. The basic equipment was poor. We found several dirty dishes in the cupboards (fault of the (fault of the previous tenants).The cleaning was poor.

Gepflegtes Anwesen mit typischem Landhauscharme.

Das Objekt war sauber und man hat seine Ruhe. Strand ist in 20min zu erreichen. Die Schafe nebenan waren ein Highlight für die Kids. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Super Finca/Villa vor den Toren Muros. Perfekter Ort, um umgestört im Pool zu planschen und auf der Terrasse zu Essen und auszuruhen. Der Pool ist groß und tief genug, auch angenehm kühl (im August). Der Garten ist sehr schön, der Blick auf die Felder und das Dorf umwerfend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der nächste Supermarkt 7 Min mit dem Auto. Das Städtchen Muro ist sehr sehr nett. Mit dem Auto ist man zudem in knapp 20 Minuten am Playa de Muro. Es war diesen August sehr sehr heiß auf Mallorca, ohne Klimaanlage war das nicht zu schaffen, in den Schlafzimmern sogar dann noch richtig warm. Wir können die Villa sehr empfehlen.

Für uns die perfekte Unterkunft

In ruhiger, ländlicher Lage abseits vom Touristentrubel mit großem, gepflegten Garten fanden wir für uns das perfekte Urlaubsdomizil. Es war alles da für einen längeren Aufenthalt: eine Waschmaschine, ein Grill, eine vollausgestattete Küche, eine überdachte und windgeschützte Terrasse und ein großer Pool, den unsere Kinder ausgiebig genutzt haben. An einigen kälteren Abenden war das Einheizen mit den vorhandenen Heizmöglichkeiten auch in Ordnung. Wir würden sofort nochmal dort Urlaub machen. Die Buchung und Abwicklung über MallorcaCharme waren sehr gut organisiert. Wir wurden sogar während unseres Urlaubs über ein Osterfest in der nahegelegenen Kirche informiert. Weiter so!

The accommodation is amazing. We would definitely come back.

The accommodation is amazing. It is a beautiful Finca quite remote with open fields. All you hear are some cows and chicken. We had a very relaxing time, the garden invites to stay while the proximity to Playa del Muro is also an attractive alternative. We would definitely come back.

Wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Villa ist etwas abgelegen nahe Muro in ländlicher Gegend. Es ist definitiv sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat einiges an Investitionsstau. Es gibt viele Ameisen im Haus und die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht, wir hatten dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Was soll ich nur schreiben.. außer: ein Träumchen!

Was soll ich nur schreiben.. außer: ein Träumchen! Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr viel Spaß bereitet und war sozusagen perfekt. Der Pool ist einfach großartig. Vorne nicht zu flach und nach hinten tiefer. Die Klimaanlage hat, sobald man den Dreh raushatte, hervorragend funktioniert. Der Grill war zwar da, konnten diesen jedoch nicht so wirklich verwenden. Der Abstand vom Rost zum Grill ist einfach zu groß und die anderen Rosts sind nicht sauber gewesen und das Reinigen nicht geschafft. Im Haushalt hat alles soweit gepasst, es haben uns persönlich wenige Sachen gefehlt, die aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung inbegriffen gewesen sind. Wünschenswert wäre ein Kartoffelschäler gewesen oder auch eine Karaffe, eine Auflaufform mehr. Wie gesagt, sowas war nicht versprochen und daher auch kein Abzug! Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat. Zu Fuß sind es Richtung Muro 30 Minuten. Das Haus zu finden haben wir als relativ schwer empfunden, hatten uns 2-3 x verfahren, weil unsere Navis weder mit Adresse, noch mit Koordinaten es finden konnte. Nachdem wir es einmal gefunden haben, war alles cool. Definitiv eine Empfehlung! Unser Gastgeber hat übrigens jede Frage zügig beantwortet 👍 man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben

Pro: nice pool, quite location, good for kids Cons: beaches not so closed but you know that before so it s ok, ants in the house also in bedrooms and nobody brought food in there, air conditioning only in living room and not in bedroom, beds and mattress not confy and noisy. Overall it s nice but bit oldy style and need to be refreshed in some spots

La casa está genial , es preciosa y una tranquilidad increíble ya que hay terreno alrededor sin casas. Todo muy limpio. Hay internet , TV plana grande, cocina muy completa. Piscina impecable con Tumbonas y sombrillas. Mucha zona verde. Zona de Barbacoa muy completa.

Zuerst einmal, dies war unserer 2. Aufenthalt in der Finca 2017 waren wir schon einmal dort. Uns hat besonders die Lage und der sehr schöne gepflegte Garten gefallen. Weiterhin gefällt uns die herrliche Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit der Finca. Der Service durch den Vermieter Senior Toni war sehr gut. Auch der teilweise Umbau der Finca hat sich positiv auf das Erscheinungsbild ausgewirkt. Einziger Makel war, dass die Bettdecken ( ältere Wolldecken) kein gutes Aussehen mehr haben. Ein Laken reicht bei kühlen Nachttemperaturen nicht mehr aus und die Decken müssen zum Einsatz kommen. Sie könnten wieder in den Angeboten den Video-Rundgang mit aufnehmen, des weiteren vermisse ich die Koordinaten- Angaben sowie die Umschaltung auf Google erth. so könnte man sich gleich zu Hause ein Bild von der Umgebung ansehen.

Kleines, aber praktisches Haus.

Kleines, aber praktisches Haus. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern zusammen und die meiste Zeit haben sie im Garten gespielt oder gebadet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, sie ist 35 Minuten von Palma und 15 Minuten vom Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entfernt. Die Matratze auf dem Doppelbett könnte etwas härter sein.

Lovely house on farmland

Was a really lovely an beautiful house with a lot of sunshine and plenty of outside space in a peaceful farmland area. No heating is in the house but a weak air conditioning with limited electric allowances everyday really brought us a lot of suffering when sleeping at night in this house. One of us had to sleep on the living room sofa in order to be close with the air-con. However, the loud noise of the air-con also made the sleep very difficult. Have to turn it off at night. The temperature in the room at night was around 10 degrees. The entire place is also very damp inside. It made all our clothes and bed Linens damp every day. Not a great experience every time came back home. We have to be really careful when choosing an accommodation in winter on the island if we ever come back again.
