“Had to get mad and demand a bottom floor room as they promised me. Lampshade was stained and broken as well as the light didn't work. The top sheet for our rollaway bed was stained. Asked for 2 extra pillows only got 1. Toilet plugged up at 5am and nobody in the lobby to help. Lobby was closed and the # you call for help didn't work and neither did ringing the bell.
