Once in the suit I noticed the bathroom had not been cleaned, & there were hairs and cut fingernail by the sink as well as liquid soap grime and hairs on the bathtub. Addressing this with the manager Craig, who was rude, telling me the cleaning staff had gone home & would not be back until tomorrow. “I liked the ground floor position for easy access And fiund tge unit very spacious. The bedroom was large with anotger tv and ensuite batgroom. Loved the spar bath a luxury item. Podition close to good Chinese restaurant in close walking distance. Gold Club abd eateries 5 mins away. Staff cheery and I wad pleased I arrived at 2 pm as the empty spaces filled up by 6 pm. Recommend for the above.”

“The room appeared not to have been cleaned. The floor was covered in dirt and the sink had grass on it. The blankets supplied in the rooms smelled terribly! It’s a shame, we stayed 3 months ago and had a much better experience then. ”

“Not a good experience booking this property. The property manager didn’t respond to a single message leading up to the stay, so we had no information on the checkin or parking or other questions we had asked. We finally received an automated text message from the property half an hour before checkin time, but still no responses to any questions from the property manager. The apartment was also very dirty in parts, with lots of cobwebs inside showing that it was poorly cleaned. ”

“We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. The room was very clean, modern, comfortable and quiet. The restaurant is an absolute gem we ate breakfast and dinner there. The food was top notch and the manager is so lovely and accommodating. Parking is onsite as well. We will definitely be back next year. If I could give 6 stars I would! ”
