“We had a lovely time at this property. Fantastic location and great facilities. Great pool and yard. Shaun was easy to contact and resolved our minor issues. There were a Few small maintenance issues that I believe have now been fixed ( reason for 4 rather 5 stars). We love Kingscliff, perfect family spot.”

“Great house for a short or extended stay. Multiple living spaces for extended family, comfortable beds and great heated swimming pool. The beach is really close as are restaurants and cafes. Toys for kids, well equipped kitchen and plenty of lounges and chairs. Highly recommended!”

“We had a brilliant time together 6 adults and 4 kids. The house is hot when arrived with no aircon (was worried with reading reviews) but it’s designed as a smart home and once you open the windows and doors up the breeze automatically flows through and it drops to a great temp. It was 32C and we were fine! It’s designed to be open and doesn’t get sun inside. Really big, and spacious living areas. Kitchen is fully equipped and bedrooms have a great space around for luggage and storing things....

“Property was neat, tidy and perfectly positioned for our circumstances. I was staying with my 3 adult children and my dog and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Little gift box, (chocolates, rice crackers, sparkling water etc). was a nice touch. Yard was perfect for a dog and the location to the town centre and beaches fantastic. We will definately be back.
