“It was great!! The Hotel is very well located, it's very clean and new. The bed was awesome, really. The breakfast was also very good. The staff very friendly and helpful. Everything perfect! thanks! without any doubt when I travel again to napoli I'll try to reserve there.”

“Es un excelente lugar para hospedarse en Nápoles. Cerca de la estación central de Nápoles y con desayunos muy buenos. Excelente servicio e instalaciones.”

“‘Remote’ check-in was a first but was seamless and excellently handled, way easier than I anticipated and would actually recommend it everywhere. Property is a short walk from the station and easily accessible to the rest of the city. Breakfast was delicious at the friendly place next door.”

“Great place to stay, clean, super comfortable beds.”

“Cold room, no internet (room 3 far from router) and they tried to overcharge me for tourist tax. No reception (you have to call). Breakfast 1 block away. Very clean though.”

“Staff was responsive to problems. Noisy my first day. Doors slamming, people arguing in hallway outside my room. 12am-1am and again doors slamming, talking loudly outside my door 6am. Location ok. . Breakfast was packaged sweet snacks. Coffee pot never worked, second day teapot was fixed. Lots of towels. Cleaned daily. Would I stay here again? No.”

“Muy mala ubicación Ponen fotos de gimnasio o y luego no hay gimnasio ”

“La habitación y el hotel estaban muy distintos de las fotos, más viejos, sin manutención, además el desayuno no tenía variedad, no repusieron la comida en el desayuno y nadie estaba para atender, pésima experiencia en general”

“Best Place to stay in Town and close to the station. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Has an elevator to your room and all amenities.”

“Ruido en la noche ”

“Room and location was not as per picture - I was advised on the day of arrival that I would be staying at a different property 0.5 blocks away. I was not allowed to choose which one to stay in”

“No hay amenidades para todas las edades”

“We loved our stay at Palazzo Sebeto. The apartment was in a great location, with a supermarket conveniently close by and everything we needed within easy reach. The staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring Naples, and we would happily stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!”
