“The room was clean and tidy with nice bedding. There was a private courtyard which was nice although hadn't been tidied prior to our arrival, the umbrella and fairy lights were broken and it wasn't well maintained, but nice to have. The pendant lights in the room were too low and I banged my head on them several times. “No shower gel or soap in the bathroom. House keeping should check on the bottles of gel everyday. Room service was ok, but I won’t come back. I phoned front desk and house keeping numbers for several minutes and no one ever answer. Poor service ! ”

“When we arrived, the lady at the reception was very polite and pleasant. However, in the morning when we were leaving, the staff were quite unfriendly and rude. Later, when we contacted the hotel to explain what had happened, they tried to accuse us of having three people stay in a double room. We were honestly surprised, because it was the hotel that checked the three of us into a room with two beds in the first place, but we chose not to raise this issue at the time.”
