“ウェルカムドリンクサービスはいつでも利用出来て最高でした。コーヒー、ハーブティー、赤ワイン、白ワイまであり。ナッツの気配りもありがたい。温泉も気持ち良かったです。 中軽井沢ゴルフ倶楽部まで車で10分以内。 ちょっと残念だったのが、Restaurantはコース予約のみでアラカルトがありませんでした。”

“全体的にキレイです。部屋は広くないですが、寝るだけなので問題なかったです。部屋に洗面所がなく、共用の風呂まで行って顔洗って歯を磨きましたが、近いのでそんなに手間ではなかったです。 とにかくスタッフの方が全員いい人でした。”

“Since the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was disorganized and discourteous. I arrived with a private driver and was instructed to remain in the car because there were too many guests checking in. Staff wanted us to wait in the parking area, and I had to request to speak with a manager because my driver needed to leave and I could not simply remain outside waiting. After reaching reception, I asked about the hotel services and was informed that dinner reservations were required....

“Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...

“It is a very amazing property. When you walk in the lobby is a bit outdated. But once you get into the guest room. It is amazingly clean. The staffs are all super friendly and the owners are amazing and very accommodating! Top notch!! Will definitely stay again if given the chance.”

“I would have to say I have mixed feelings about my stay. I'll start with the positives. The private baths that you can reserve were wonderful and easy to book. The staff were all very nice , especially the restaurant staff. The hotel is charming...but in places looking a bit dated. My room was very spacious and functional...however I did have one issue withe the small refrigerator in the room. Every 2 hour or so it would make a loud grinding sound which woke me up several times... I...
