Museo de Arqueología y Etnografía: Tours y Actividades

This hotel is in a very nice area of the city, surrounded by many high end shops and restaurants. It's also accessible to the rest of the city since there is a Metro station nearby. Staff was generally helpful and friendly. There was a problem with the water draining from the tub and we asked that it be corrected. We had to ask twice over the course of two days. Not sure if the maintenance man tried the first day and wasn't able to correct it or whether he didn't get around to it, but this should have been a pretty simple and quick fix. Also one afternoon at 4pm when we returned to the hotel tired after a long day on our feet sightseeing the maid had not yet made up the room. We had to wait in the lobby (which was comfortable enough) until she finished. The next day she was there early -- well before we were to check out at 12 -- because the hotel was fully booked that day. Those are fairly minor issues. But I have two major complaints about the room. The tub/shower is much to high to get into or out of easily, especially for a person with any kind of mobility problem. It was definitely a hazard. Also the lighting is truly terrible. It was way too dark -- even with all of the lights turned on to -- to read in bed. That was frustrating!
