“This was by far the best hotel we stayed at in South Africa. The rainbow chalet was super nice with a spectacular view. The workers were very friendly and helpful. And the food, can't even say enough about the chef. Every meal was absolutely delicious, especially the chicken pie, and the best meal we had in South Africa.”

“The place was generally in good keep including the room, except behind the curtains. Spiders had spun their webs everywhere resulting in us having to ask the reception desk for spray to kill them, so this was a big no no to housekeeping. Dining area staff seemed absent minded throughout the four days there. Tranquil and refreshing overall although I found myself wishing that I had booked into a mainstream hotel on several occasions.”

“We stayed there for just one night to attend a function in Underberg,so was just needing a bed.Therefore did not use the facility.However did notice the grounds of the hotel were well kept and the pool looked clean and safe.Staff were very friendly and helpful.We arrived early and they were able to check us in and rooms were ready.the rooms and hotel are clean and comfortable.Unfortunately no hot water in the morning but that could have been because another room had drained the geyser just...
