“The hotel is located in a very strategic area, with a wide variety of food stalls and recreational facilities nearby, including badminton courts and pickleball courts. This is one of the main advantages of staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of options for food and activities within the surrounding area. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for...

“Teribble hotel ever. Wont come anymore.”

“Clerk could not find booking. Continued to dispute even after repeatedly show booking number and paid invoice. Argued that it must be for another branch. 15 mins later i got a key !! Not what you need at 11pm. Upon checkout counter not open. Even though sign on door and advertise 24 Hours. Did not get my key deposit back as I had to leave to get catch a flight. RM20 lost. ”

“Good price. It had what I needed, decently clean, has hot water in the shower, wifi is good, and near a lot of restaurants and The Strand mall. Not a bad place I definitely recommend, but just know you do get what you pay for. It is definitely an old building, and things are going to be more run-down than in a 4-star hotel. Also, it didn't bother me too much, but there certainly was a little bit of a fruity/smoke smell in my room depending on the day. I don't think it's the hotel's fault...

“The room is clean and new, very well for the cleanliness. But still under renovation, so duty outside and building not much people stay, have constructors staying as well, each floor might only you and the others room occupied. If stay alone need to be careful. Butthe room view are very nice and very clean. Parking is not included need to pay yourself. Will stay again but when with family or partner. Love the clean and new room.”

“Always a good experience at The hotel. Enjoyed the warm services :)”

“Hotel un poco lejos de la ciudad pero en una buena zona, al lado de un centro comercial”

“Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

“My first time staying at this place and it did not disappoint. Has all the basic amenities and more. Will stay there again for short trips”
