“Filthy. Not dirty, filthy. Mold everywhere in the bathroom. Also pictures and description of the room don't match, the size was not 1600 square feet at all, closer to 400.”

“Mixed experience due to inconsistent staff service I booked this hotel in a rush, which led to a rather mixed experience. On the positive side, when I had heavy luggage upon arrival, a female staff member kindly and helpfully explained where to find the luggage cart. However, a male staff member standing nearby just stared blankly without offering any assistance. “I have stayed here multiple times but this recent stay in October was very unpleasant because this hotel heavily restricts the AC. There was a mini heat wave last week, and my room temperature was 80F for most of my stay. They did provide a fan, but it barely made any difference. “Very good stay for the price. Located inside the fort. Great location!”

A menos de 15 minutos de Suwon Station y a un par de minutos de la zona de ocio y restauración del centro de Suwon. Muy recomendable,...

The room was clean, and since I stayed for a few days and tried two different room types, I got to experience both, which were both wonderful. The staff were also friendly, and overall everything was really good. My only regret and downside was that, due to an unavoidable situation, I had to check out early and couldn't use the room for the remaining days. Unfortunately, no partial refund was provided for...
