“Everything was good except the lady receptionist, arrogant, selfish and so rude, don't know how to talk with customer, like she give me favour , bro I paid for that”

“Not worth it! first they took me to a room on 3rd floor, where the lift was not working. Then the room was too small and did not even had a chair table. It had 2 single beds put together. I said I have booked a bigger room which is supposed to have a double room. At first they kept saying all rooms are same they don’t have anything else and that all rooms are booked. When I protested, they took me to another 4th floor room. This room bit bigger than this and had a dressing table kind of setup...

“Efficient and helpful check in, kind staff and good service overall. Clean and comfortable room.”

“The property had a clean room. Staff was helpful.”
