“I've stayed here several times. The location and value can't be beat!! Things to know - you must pack slippers! The floors are not carpeted or tiled. It's poured concrete. Great for cleaning, but not for warmth. The middle gathering space offers tea and coffee, or you can buy an overpriced hot beverage when you get breakfast across the street at Uncommon Grounds. (Great bagels there!) The front desk is unmanned after 9 PM, so make sure you let them know if you're going to have a late arrival!”

Additionally, Expedia lists the hotel as having a rooftop garden and daily housekeeping. However, the hotel itself informed us that housekeeping is only provided every other day, contradicting the listing.
Front Desk & Lack of Local Information
Upon arrival, the front desk staff was standoffish and did not provide any information about local events. We later discovered from locals that there was a winter festival and a dance festival happening nearby—something that should have been mentioned to guests.
False Advertising of Amenities
The listing also advertised an indoor pool and outdoor fire pits, neither of which were usable. The pool had been permanently filled in with cement, with plans to turn the space into an arcade. The fire pits and garden patio area were completely neglected, buried under a foot of snow, making it nearly impossible to walk around."
