“Amazing friendly staff, So helpful and attentive ! They catered to our every need. Hotel also provides transport to the nearby shopping malls. Especially Peter Ndlovu! He was amazing ! Even when we were hungry, He cooked up some sandwiches for us.”

“Very quiet and friendly staff.”

“Dineo was warm and welcoming. She was friendly and professional, they had only one room available yet I travelled with my teen son. She offered to separate the king bed to make 2 singles which was not perfect. The only thing was the shower curtain is sheer, so if travelling with a friend or older child, it’s not very practical.”

“This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place.”

“that was a nice stay in pretoria except some problems. these were not because the owners of the house but the house itself, because it is a nice old hpuse with a lovely garden, it has some issues with the oldness. “Boa localização, quarto confortável, café da manhã não incluído é um ponto a ser considerado. Comunicação com recepção desde a chegada foi um pouco complicada, incluindo a tentativa de receber retorno quanto a queda de energia que perdurou a noite toda. Apesar desses inconvenientes, no geral, foi bom.”

“We booked 2 rooms as a family and were really impressed. We’ve been to other 4 star places and were so dissapointed. This place is impressive. Good food, friendly staff, really clean with lots of extras. We will go there again. And a nice spacious parking area. Very safe enclosure.”

“Overall decent stay. I will say the place looks like it hasn’t had a refresh in a while because the pictures don’t look like how we experienced it. Maybe it’s because it’s off season or something. Also, the breakfast isn’t like the pictures and it’s a small portion. Staff was wonderful. The roof is tin so when it rains it’s extremely loud.”

“Service and kocation are increble. Infrastructure is good but soon to need few renovations”
