Kind Staff The only thing that really made me uncomfortable was the fact that they charged my credit card for the deposit, 1 week BEFORE my check in at the hotel It’s the first time this ever happens to me and I don’t understand why Hotels.com allow the to do so. The hotel didn’t have my credit card info, but hotels.como did So… both companies are responsible for this ”

“We enjoyed our stay here very much. The room was very clean and quiet for resting. The staff speak good english and are always helpful. Super convenient location too close to all the Ximending shopping and eating places! It is a bit dark on the outside but once you get in it’s a very comfortable place to stay.”

“The hotel shares a building with Finders Hotel. It was difficult to find at first because it did not appear in google maps. We were a family of 4 adults and stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. The beds were spacious. Floor area was a bit cramped so only 1 -2 people at a time can open their luggage. The room had a small cabinet, small ref and table. The bathroom was great. Clean and spacious. Very modern looking. They had a japanese type of toilet. Staff was helpful. Shops, hole in the wall...

“The room, decoration, staff, service its good. Great hotel in general. The rate with breakfast its a joke, because al days its the same, small portion and only have one option for everyone. It was a half sandwich with small portion of tuna with out anything else. 2 small slices of watermelon and small salad portion of lettuce and 2 tomatoes slices. Artificial Orange juice, tea, and coffee. It feels that they only get the requirements to give the food because you select the rate with breakfast....
