“Dated but clean and functional. Amazing water person the shower! Pretty quiet in general except the usual dog barks at night and roosters in the morning but you get that anywhere, ear plugs work. Good air con, great central location, 100m to Traders, and well priced mini bar !”

“I did not like the fact that midway through our stay we were approached to pay $400.00 plus on our account. I have never experienced this ever, considering we do a reasonable amount of travelling. I was also upset because the several people staying at the hotel I spoke to said that they were never approached to do the same. So my question is? WHY US?? Is it because you didn't trust us?? We are both in our 80's there was no way we were going to scarp it and not pay. We have always paid on...

“The location is perfect if you want to save the money for the taxi(20-30NZD)and rent a motobike. But the rooms are very close to the bar and the music is TOO LOUDand NOISY, they have all day happy hour, and the party finishes around 11.30 pm everyday,so if you want to take a rest, this hotel is the worse place ever. As there are outside people come to the bar<because the alcohol is cheap>, I don't think it's save and nice for the guests.... Trasfer to and from the airport is complementary,...

“The Bungalow was delightful. It was on the otherside of the road so not waterfront. It was a 5min walk to where we got to swim with a turtle. It didnt have air-conditioning. But it had two ceiling fans and all the windows had screens and there was plenty of windows for air flow. We were there in October so not sure how hot it would be in summer. I would defiantly stay there again. Jane and Craig were very good hosts, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. Loved Rarotonga and would...

“The bed was comfortable. AC worked well, though we didn't need it much- good airflow through the room with windows open. The stove top, microwave, fridge, kettle were nice so we could prepare food in our room. Snorkeling was great at the resort- good equipment to use from resort and clear water. We even saw a turtle in front of the resort! Provided breakfasts were simple but plenty and good. All in all, nice people, affordable, great restaurant/bar, laid back. Rooms not fancy, and there were...

“hotel anticuado, necesita modernización general. precio muy caro. Pagas la ubicación. ”

“Great location where you can paddle board or snorkel right out front, friendly staff and spacious clean room. Also close to a small supermarket.”
