El hotel es precioso, te sientes parte de la vida cotidiana de Edimburgo, las amenidades son de primer nivel, las habitaciones muy pequeñas pero con muchísimo detalle. El check in es automático al igual que el proceso de check out, el único pero que le pondría es que nunca ves a nadie del personal del hotel, lo que resulta complejo si tienes alguna necesidad.

Overall a gem. The location is perfect with access to the train station, the royal mile and market street. Quiet and great rooms. The only complaint is the small and slow elevator, which is nothing. Will be staying here again, loved the hotel and the staff

Todo!!! Es increíble y el staff es perfecto, todos son muy lindos, serviciales, me ayudaron en todo lo que solicité, Balazs, Mahori, Dimitri y el manager alto que desafortunadamente noe sé el nombre fueron espectaculares. El hotel está perfectamente bien ubicado y mi cuarto estaba limpio y la cama deliciosa. Gracias por todo! María from Mexico!
