Such great attention to detail and Alexander/Erika were so good at communicating with me; proactive and timely always. The room itself was large, spacious and so well appointed. We booked a more expensive king bed room, was told on arrival we had the best room however when we got there the room was far from an upgraded room and looked more tired than their standard room and wasn’t a king bed in it, the staff very kindly moved us to another room which was far better however it was so hot and even with the fan supplied on all night and window opened, it was uncomfortably hot. Great hotel, but I would choose the basic room in future as the upgraded...

“They gave us a room located right below the café, and we could hear all the noise from the café at all hours of the day, starting as early as 7 a.m. On top of that, there was a sliding door right in front of our room, and every time the cleaning staff went in and out, we could hear the noise as well.
