“We stayed at Hotel Testa for 5 nights recently. Reception staff were all very friendly and helpful as were all of the staff members we encountered. The hotel is fairly new and has a lovely feel to it. It is designed in a’ minimalist’ style, but because it is small it is also very intimate. We had breakfast included and this was a buffet with the option of cooked food as well. You could order additional cooked items and these were always fresh and hot. Omelettes, bacon with fried eggs etc.

“Fabulous room with plenty of space and a little nook to where we took our breakfast when we did not eat in the bar upstairs. We just asked for a tray to bring it to our room.
We already knew the beds were described as hard, and they were, but we were able to sleep well.
The spa was cozy, nice pool and saunas, included.
No elevators though, but the friendly staff helped carry our big bag!
The bonus was renting the little cars for free, we took one into Gdansk and the staff were helpful...
“We had a great stay in the 4 bedroom apartment – it was clean and spacious. The only downside was that it had just one bathroom, which wasn't ideal for our group.
The spa area was fantastic – very relaxing, with great facilities and a calm atmosphere. Plus excellent massage services.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options.

“This is the third hotel I've stayed at in Sopot, and it didn't disappoint. Great location, especially if you plan to use the railway station, and yet a downhill stroll to the beach as well. Konrad was something of a star on the front desk, and I'm grateful.
Would consider staying again, but would want a room that was at the pedestrianised front of the hotel, rather than looking out onto the busy road (inadequate soundproofing was the only thing I found disappointing during my stay).”

"Demasiado pequeño, baño y cocina diminutos, no coincide con ninguna de las fotos que anunciaban en la web.
Ningún día de nuestra estancia (5 días) hubo cambio de toallas/sabanas. Éramos dos y solo había una toalla de manos.
El olor a humedad en todo el piso era arroz y en el baño aún peor.
No hubo limpieza de la habitación en toda la estancia, pero alguien entró, no sabemos para qué en nuestro apartamento y eso nos asustó. Inmediatamente informamos al propietario y tardó dos días en contestar sin ninguna explicación. Esto nos hizo sentir que no estábamos seguras. La comunicación ha sido pésima desde el primer minuto.
