“Host interaction. In the beginning (before booking) it was full on. Then at the end, after we left, we were surprised to receive a charge for an unknown animal in the unit. I have detailed conversations obtaining permission for our dogs, in detail, prior to our booking. Upon my multiple inquires to them about the surprise charge, I NEVER received one response. The unit: The 9 people in the unit above us made it a bit difficult to sleep. ”
