Kim and Doug were great hosts, always making sure I had what I needed. Beautiful rooms in a relaxing atmosphere. Just what I needed for a couple days away. Also ten min walk from the Kee to Bala so nice and convenient.

The inn itself is beautifully appointed—each room thoughtfully redecorated with a modern yet cozy flair. The bathrooms, in particular, are a standout: spacious, sparkling, and spa-like. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. Just a short stroll brings you to Bala’s quaint shops, inviting restaurants, and the iconic KEE to Bala. We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Cranberry Moon Inn B & B. The house and rooms were very clean and neat, Doug and Sue were great hosts as well. Their house is conveniently located to Bala and a 10 minute walk to the 'Key to Bala'.

Our stay at The Cranberry Moon Inn was fantastic. This B&B was convenient located in Bala, which allowed for us to enjoy a variety of winter activities in the area. The B&B was beautifully finished. You really can see the thought that was put into how it was planned and decorated. The owners, Kim and Doug, were excellent hosts. They really catered to our every need.

We had a wonderful stay in a comfortable and spacious room with a spotless and large en suite bathroom. The area is very beautiful, water is just across the street. Had a nice dip in the hot tub which was a great amenity.

The best compliment t that I can pay is that Doug and Kim made it feel like I was staying with friends. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make things available that would make my stay enjoyable. The rooms are stunning as is the view. I visited the local winery, did a cranberry plunge, went kayaking on the moon river right in front of the inn - they supplied the kayak at no cost. The town is delightful and steps away from the In. So you can take a walk and enjoy the lake, the river, the falls, a few cute boutiques and a couple of restaurants. If you go during the Cranberry Festival (I didn’t) the population of roughly 800 swells to over 20,000 for the weekend with music, food and shopping vendors and lots more walkable from the Inn. I would definitely go again.

Great location and very friendly hosts. You can walk to the town and restaurants and also use boards and kayaks on Moon river. Very clean , renovated , looking to return in the future.

We had a great experience except for one thing. They didn't make up our beds, leave fresh towels or empty the garbage while we were out for the day. Otherwise fabulous. Kim and Doug were wonderful hosts!

I attended a wedding over the weekend in Bala and stayed at CranberryMoon. The rooms were recently renovated and the owners have put a great deal of care into the work and beautiful finishing touches. The hosts are very attentive and cared that everyone had a great stay.

Our room was five star including an amazing shower, heated floor and towel warmer. Great character throughout the property. Good swimming and a hot tub. Doug and Kim, our hosts, were excellent.

Had a wonderful stay at the Cranberry Moon Inn B&B. Kim and her husband where very nice and welcoming. the room was nice and clean. was very happy to see that each room had its own washroom. My next stay to Bala will definitely be at this b&b.
