Its highly recommended to rent a vehicle otherwise you required to take a taxi. Transportation to and from airport or port by taxi can be arranged on demand at your expense.
SWIMMING POOL :
No Lifeguard ,no protection fence at the pool ,guests assume full responsibility for the use inside or around the swimming pool .In case of injury or death ,guests waive any claim against the homeowner .
CHILDREN SHOULD NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN OR AROUND THE POOL.
SECURITY AND VALUABLES
-Any Valuables left at the property are left at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any loss.
-All guests are advised to secure all their belongings at all times .
Security services are optional at an extra cost.
The main house has a small safe and also an alarm system (connected with a private security company ) that the guest can use by asking for the pin code.



CHILDREN POLICY
Children are generally accepted in the property .
Mention that parents should take extra care because of many levels and pool without protection fence.

SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
Permission will be required for any event to be attended by more than the number of guests the property is advertised as accommodating .

RENTAL AGREEMENT
Please note a simple rental agreement mentioning who will stay when and where is a requirement by Greek law. Guests must provide complete details such as full name and passport number for tax reasons.
