Newly built to a very high specification, it's a contemporary property offering a wealth of superb facilities, including a stunning private pool and spacious garden, from which to enjoy the coastal and mountain views.
Surrounded by a marvellous garden of 2.000 square meters, appropriate for people who love peace and nature with many different kinds of flowers and trees.
You can enjoy the sun, listen to the birds, singing, stare at the bright blue sky and the endless view of the mountains, the sea, the village and splendid valley that unfolds around it. This is the main reason that every new guest returns and spends his holiday with us once more!

INDOORS
The interior of the villa in the main building is a split - level house 120 square meters and it has the possibility of accommodating up to 6 individuals using the 2 sofa beds.
Downstairs you can find the living room area with a sofa bed, satellite smart TV and bluetooth speaker. The fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary such as oven, a refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee-maker, dishwasher, juice maker, a microwave, a toaster and a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware to prepare your own meal. Living room and kitchen area also have air-conditioning. There is also a WC with shower cabin and a spacious terrace next to the pool to enjoy a meal.
There are two individual bedrooms upstairs, one with a double bed and the other one with two single beds, a common room in the middle which can be used as a baby room, a full bathroom and a veranda with a breathtaking view. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning, excellent coco mat new mattresses and satellite smart TV.

OUTDOORS
Villa Elisabeth is located on the top of a green hill, where only the chirping of birds can disturb the silence! The spacious exterior of this villa does not disappoint in any way, in fact, the exteriors truly enhance this splendid Villa.
It provides a private swimming pool of 35sqm and a children's pool with a jacuzzi and you will be impressed by the 600sqm grass around it, the flowers, the trees, the sun and the marvelous view! You can also prepare a delicious meal in the BBQ next to the pool. Ping pong table is provided for everyone! Also, we will add a playground for your kids, to have fun!


Welcome basket is included! Make yourselves feel at home by tasting our homemade natural products such as honey oranges, lemons, raki, wine and of course the perfect combination of walnuts and honey!

Villa Elisabeth stands 7km from the nearest beach, 24 km from the city of Rethymnon and 70km from the airport of Heraklion. It's 800 m south of Perama where you can find supermarkets, banks, health center, bakeries and anything you might need.
We can also help in car hire from the airport. Any kind of advice or suggestions can be also provided as we are in constant contact with our guests in every need of them!
