Great hosts who go above and beyond. Very clean when we got there. Towels, bedding and decor are high quality. Would highly recommend. Such a wonderful trip. The beach and pools are not over-crowded but Kingston is a very peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Make sure you take note that you won’t have access to Kingston amenities other than the pool at South Hampton. Embassy does not offer day passes for fitness center nor water park.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this ocean view condo! The view was wonderful from each room! The decor was beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the space a clean, modern and coastal feel that made us instantly feel relaxed. One of our favorite features was the spacious, spa-like shower - we still miss it! The owners were wonderful, kind and responded quickly. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Condo is great!!!! I absolutely would stay again!!I love the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the unit, lots of privacy, between parents and kids or another couple! I love the three PRIVATE balconies! Too cool! The views are awesome!I loved how clean the place was. To walk into a place that is smelling well is always a great and comforting thing! HUGE Master shower is cool for sure!! A couple of tweaks and it will rock even more! The beds and bedding are crisp and clean in white and very comfortable! We slept well!I liked the simplistic decor…. Although good Art never detracts and only adds!! Add ART!I loved the easy beach and pool access. So nice!!I loved the security of the area! It means anyone there came through that guard area!I loved the solid communication from the host. Nice and very responsive people. We appreciated the frosted brownies! They were a hit!We would absolutely stay again! No qualms at all! The Condo is GREAT, but could be EXCEPTIONAL without a ton of effort! I offered suggestions directly to the owner to reach exceptional. Things like charging stations, shower wand and rubber mat, ceiling or pedestal fan, basic spices (salt, pepper), aluminum foil, baggies, large skillet, aides for the beach… etc…

We took a trip to N Myrtle Beach over Memorial Day with another couple and stayed at this beautiful condo. We have stayed at several places in Kingston Plantation and this one is great. This condo was perfect for us! It was clean and neat (looked as good if not better than the pics)! Communication with the owners is fast and they go out of their way to answer any questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay in Myrtle Beach. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The condo’s location made it easy to walk to the beach and the pools. From the beautiful balcony views of the ocean, to the convenience of beach and restaurant access, this home met our every need. We were able to sit in the morning sun sipping hot beverages without any distractions, just us, the waves, and the sunrise. This fully furnished home made our son’s final year of high school baseball tournament play in SC, a moment in time that will be remembered forever. As we packed up the car our final day, he looked around and said, “hopefully I’ll be back here someday.” As a mom and as a family we couldn’t have asked for a better time. Thank you so much for making this possible for us.

Jamie was one of the best hosts ever. Making sure we had everything we needed, very accommodating with check-in and check-out times. Very friendly.The unit is described perfectly online. The decor was lovely... very calming. There are good ocean views, it's well stocked, very clean& fresh. I hope we can stay again one of these days!

These hosts truly are "Premier"! During a medical emergency, they went above and beyond to help us, showing incredible kindness and care.The condo was comfortable and spacious and the ocean views and sunrises were amazing! In addition, they gave us excellent recommendations of restaurants and activities.

I am very picky when it comes to clean. I have never be satisfied with the cleanliness of anywhere I stay until I stayed in this condo. It was beautifully decorated, beautiful views and clean. We definitely want to stay again.

Everything was as promised which is rare these days. The owners could not have been nicer. They communicated with us and their condo was beautiful. We had zero issues and had a great time. We will try to return next year at the same place.

Upon arriving, the home was very beautiful and well stocked. Tripp and Jamie left us cookies and a nice handwritten note. There were extra blankets and pillows. They also had several board games to play. Entering and exiting the condo was very simple. The elevators are easy access from the room and a very short wait to get on. There are 2 outdoor pools we could have utilized, but with our trip planned and the rain we did not get to use them. The beach was a few steps away. Would love to use their condo on many returns and that is my plans. Thanks again to Tripp and Jamie, everything was magnificent.

We had such an amazing time in Myrtle Beach and especially in Kingston Plantation. The location couldn’t be beat. Our condo was simply beautiful and so incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some. The owners were so thoughtful and kind. They touched base throughout our stay to make sure everything was ok. We will definitely be back and will recommend this condo to all of our friends and family.

This property was even better than described. It was super clean when we checked in. It’s quite larger than it looks in pictures and the furnishings are beautiful. The master bathroom shower is HUGE! There are two balconies to take in the ocean view. My husband, daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and would book this condo again.

This residence is absolutely amazing! Accommodations and amenities are of the highest standard. Genius decor hack that allows you to surround yourself with ocean views! I can not say enough positive things about this condo. We have been visiting Kingston Plantation and staying in a tower for 30+ years. The condo was decorated beautifully, the beds and furniture were comfortable and it had lots of extra touches and wonderful views. Most importantly to me it was very clean, equipped, and organized. The owners were very courteous and quick to respond. We had a great time and will definitely rent again.
