    Modern, relaxing, wood furnishings adorn this 1 bedroom 1 bath suite towering above the Atlantic Ocean. Located next to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Splashes Water Park, sit back and watch fireworks fly from your oceanfront balcony with pier views.



    The Space:

    Breathtaking views and days spent on the soft, white sand await at this vacation rental condo in Myrtle Beach.



    Full kitchen with oven for a cooking, murphy bed for the kids, and 2 queen beds. We can't wait to have you stay at our place.



    This condo offers 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, 1 full bathroom with garden jet tub, incredible views from the balcony, and access to resort-style amenities.



    The Neighborhood:

    Great area, close to Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Splashes Water Park. Walk to Friendly's for some 50's style ice cream. Take a stroll on the Pier and Boardwalk. See some of the amazing places Myrtle Beach has to offer. The zip line is great entertainment close by too. Fun for the whole family and tasty restaurants are just minutes away

Everything was great from the check in process.,several pools so you didn't feel crowded, beach access, clean room (very spacious),location, condo parking to the easy check out. It was a whole vibe (as the kids would say)

Great location, awesome view. All necessary items in kitchen. Small place but was great for 3 of us. Appreciated the storage shelves even in the bathroom and of course own jacuzzi was much enjoyable. Amusement park close-by a walking distance.

Great location!

The property is located right in the middle of everything from being right on the beach to next-door to an amusement park area. Down the street is another boardwalk/amusement area. Five minutes from the airport. Overall great!

Clean property. Room was weathered, the wall was beat up at the entrance. The carpet and furniture could used updating. Overall good room and worked well for us. Convenient having laundry in room.

Awesome Stay at Beach

This is definitely a go-to place if you are looking for a beach stay with a home comfort. This stay is right at the shores with a sea view balcony. Privacy at its best! The property was clean and spacious. Host Julie was always responsive right from pre checkin to the checkout. We felt home for the 5 days we stayed there.

Sandy Beach is a beautiful place

We enjoyed our visit. Communication with rental company was good. Only downside was jacuzzi didn’t work. I notified them, they asked for a picture, I sent it but didn’t get a response. I would recommend overall though. Very nice.

The resort was in a great location but our codo was far from perfect.lot of cosmetic damage.

Great for solo or small family

Would have been 5 stars if the jetted tub, one of the published selling features, didn't work, and the Property Management didn't communicate effectively about it (kept repeating instructions that I stated weren't working) and didn't offer to send someone until the second or third day. Condo is dated but clean and comfortable, and everything is in working order. The views are better than pictured, can't beat oceanfront location. The pool/hot tub amenities are extremely convenient. Awesome option for a solo-vacationer or small family.

Excellent location, superbe views ! The only reason for some of the 4 starts (not 5) reviews are the condition of the apartment. It will require replacement of the living room furniture and the carpet that was stained and quite wear off. Everything else was perfect. 5 stars to Julie for communication and response to all our questions.

Extended Weekend Beach Getaway

Property met our needs for a weekend getaway with easy access to the ocean. Right on the beach with views of the water. The condo itself was very dated with furnishings and carpet that are overdue for replacement. The facility states that it is non-smoking, however thats all we ever smelled was cigarette smoke. People smoking from their balconies that you could smell even when sitting around the pool. Check in process could have been smoother. Paying for early check in and having to reach out for access seemed unnecessary and made for a stressful check in process.

Myrtle Beach vacation

The condo was clean and the building was nice. The furniture was very uncomfortable to where i had trouble sleeping and the couch was uncomfortable. The parking was a little inconvenient with having to go across the street to get your car. Was beach front with beautiful views. For check in we wasn't able to get the door code till exactly 4:00 pm. So if someone shows up like 20 min early they have to wait to get in or pay extra. I guess if the place is already cleaned and noone is there what would it hurt to let someone in early especially after driving for 15 hours?

False advertising

I will NEVER rent from Big Fish Rentals or VRBO again! Upon arrival, the hot tub was not working. I was told to reset the circuit breakers and after doing so the fridge microwave and most importantly the A/C was not working! I contacted Julie (the owner) who promised to send over a mainteance person-they never came. I left after the third night and asked them for a full refund. They were highly unprofessional and did NOTHING to remedy the situation. They falsley advertised online when i got there the place wasnt clean and the furniture was old and outdated. This was a vacation that i had planned for a while and they made it very unsatisfying to stay there. Do yourself a favor and dont rent from Big Fish Rentals as they seem content to just taking tourists hard earned money and dont care about the well being of their customers.

No hear in front room. Next am I found problem and solved it temporarily. Over and stove top was greasy and very dirty. Originally I rented a unit in the newer section of Sandy Beach with laundry in unit. You switched to lower grade in resort with any rate adjustment. We still enjoyed vacation.

Rental was overpriced and not in good shape

1. Appliances namely microwave, stove and dishwasher were in poor shape. 2. Plumbing was noisy when hot water was turned. 3. The carpet was in poor shape. 4. Other units in the building had linen service done once a week and rental rates were almost half the price of what we paid. 5. These were major points. There are many other minor points (too many to list). 6. The unit was not in shape to rent in my view.

The condo was dirty. Carpets required cleaning and overall I was worried about staying there. The furniture was chipped, marks on the walls, wall corner edges were damaged and the smell of marijuana was abundant everywhere you went. The security guards were aweful and definetely need to learn how to deal with the public. We will never return there.
