“While the property was really good, staff were terrible. Rearly got any issue/request addressed during the whole stay. Had to wait for food atleast 45mins, once the food was kept on the common table and we could see it there, but got served to our table after 15mins.”

“Property itself is immaculately maintained and historical. A must stay for anyone visiting Mysore. Though the facilities were maintained with modern amenities, it took you back to the late 1800s where service and luxury were in tune. Sparklingly clean, great staff and food was delicious and best in Mysore. I will go again and again. Enjoy🙏”

“Very Nice property , good location , amazing food , price is also reasonable, breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Staff is really helpful and provided best service. 1 out of the 2 rooms although bieng of same category was smaller than the other. i happen to see a small cockroach in my bathroom , pest control could have been better. Rest its all good , Value for money hotel !!”
