"The room was clean and ready when I arrived which was a bit earlier than check-in allowed, but I called in advance to see if they could accommodate my earlier arrival time. They made no guarantees but said it shouldn't be a problem, which it wasn't. The staff was so friendly. Safe area. I texted the number provided for coffee in the morning, and it was delivered right to my room- they even included ice like I requested, but wasn't sure if they had it. Amazing experience. Lovely stay. Would recommend to anyone traveling to this area."

"The hotel staff was super nice, but the room was sub par the celings were water damaged and their was a nail sticking out of tub and it scraped me but i did not get cut."
