- This modern Cape-style house is the ideal retreat for your Mystic getaway. It’s just a short walk from downtown shops and restaurants, and only steps away from the Delamar Hotel on the Mystic River. This cozy home features an open floor plan with modern appliances, spacious rooms, and central air conditioning. The beds offer exceptional comfort with Euro-top mattresses and premium linens. The backyard boasts a two-level deck equipped with a Weber gas grill, providing a perfect setting for relaxation after a day of shopping or enjoying the beach. You can cozy up to the Jotul insert fireplace during those chilly spring, fall, and winter nights.
Additionally, the home is conveniently located near the Mystic Aquarium and directly across the street from Mystic Seaport. It is also pet-friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The location was perfect—close to everything in downtown Mystic while still feeling comfortable and relaxed. The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up for guests.We especially appreciated the extra amenities the owners provided, which made the stay feel easy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Little details like that really stood out and made it clear how much care they put into hosting.Overall, this was a great place to stay and we would absolutely recommend it to others—and happily stay here again ourselves.

We had an incredible stay at this home - the owner was kind, communicative, and left so many thoughtful touches for the holiday. From treats when we arrived to an incredibly well appointed home, to cozy blankets all around and wood for the fire - this was a spectacular week. Location also can’t be beat!

Beautiful vacation in Mystic
We stayed in this lovely home again this summer. It is so convenient to get to downtown Mystic, the seaport and all the local spots. This is our second time staying here and already booked for a 3rd. The house is clean, well-stocked with anything you could need, spacious and great for pets!

Highly recommend! The house is in a perfect location and walking distance to the downtown area. Stan was so responsive and a great host! We brought our dog and she enjoyed the fenced backyard! We will definitely be back!

The experience was extraordinary. The outside of the house looked a bit plain but once we got in it was so spacious, clean and welcoming. Thank you for the welcome package and note - Stan & Family. There were more than enough supplies and materials provided in all the rooms and the kitchen area. It had everything we needed and more. It was cozy and very comfortable. Great games and snacks to make us feel welcome.Hope you have a wonderful stay if you choose 12 Hinckley street. Sincere, Perse & Family.

Great location and cozy!
We loved our stay! First time in mystic and it was walkable to the seaport and downtown. Cozy house with everything you need and then some. We all enjoyed it — our three children (11, 7, 3) included!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The location is unbeatable, especially if you are looking to spend time at the seaport—it was incredibly convenient and made exploring the area so much easier.The house itself was clean, well-maintained, and felt very welcoming. It was the perfect setup for a family, and we especially appreciated how pet-friendly the property is. Having a place that truly accommodates our furry family members makes all the difference!An added bonus to our weekend: we got to watch UCONN win and head to the Final Four right from the living room!One thing to note for future guests is that the only bathroom is located on the second floor. This wasn't an issue for our group at all, but it’s something to keep in mind if anyone in your party has mobility concerns.Overall, we highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and perfectly located base for their trip. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for a Mystic Getaway
Clean, spacious home with large outdoor deck that is located a short walk to the Seaport and also to the center of Mystic Village. We attended a family wedding at the Seaport and enjoyed walking to town along the Mystic River.
