Nearly 1600 sq ft of open living space, including 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Master bedroom complete with a queen size bed, dresser, night stands with reading lamps, tv and master bathroom. Second bedroom furnished with a queen size bed, night stands and an armoire. Third bedroom features a set of twin beds, night stand and dresser. Front living room appointed with sectional sofa, recliner, chair and ottoman along with television and a large bookshelf (grab a book/leave a book). Rear living room features a pull out sectional sofa bed, television, game/puzzle table. Check the hall closet for games, cards and puzzles. Open kitchen/dining is perfect for entertaining. Glass cook top stove, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, lobster pot and loads of pampered chef tools. Kitchen table seats 8.

Hardwood floors throughout with ceramic tile in bathrooms. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Ceiling fans in every room.

After a day at the beach, hang your suit an towel on the clothesline and enjoy the outside shower. Patio is equipped with a gas grill, sofa, tables and chairs to accommodate upwards of 14 people. Back yard is fully fenced in with a fire pit.

Home furnished with linens, bath towels, beach towels, iron and ironing board. We also have beach chairs, umbrellas, and bicycles for your use.

Hawks Nest Beach is a family friendly beach community. Grab a bike from the garage, pick out a backpack beach chair and you are on the beach in 5 minutes. During the summer season, take the kids for a bike ride over to Sound View, ride the carousel (hope you get the brass ring), treat yourself to some ice cream or Vecchitto's Italian Ice. If you are not into the little kid stuff, Kokomo's or the Pavilion can provide a fun night!
