“We booked because we were stranded sue to typhoon Basyang. The internet was very poor so Errors on the booking reservation that led to a double booking were not resolved because the property manager did not want to fix it. The second room was never offered even as we have paid for it. Never use Cebu Rooms with Aisha Osano. She was not accommodating and will never offer any solutions. The units are messy, dirty and unclean. Save yourself the hassle and book with hosts with better rating...

"Aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y comedor para exploradores de la Antártida. Pasillos temp normal calentita. Y por último en dos habitaciones que probamos de la planta 21 ruidoso, muy ruidoso. Alguien del hotel hace algo? La gente se queja? NOOOOO la mayoría con jersey o sudadera. Menos mal que pudimos desayunar en la piscina con temp ambiente. "
