“Staffs needs training,very unprofessional. I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!STAFFS NEEDS TRAINING .. ”

“What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. ”
