“Everything was superb about this property (stayed here couple of years ago) but this time wifi wasn't working inside the bedroom. Had to go to reception to get wifi. That was a big disappointment. They need to be sure this issue is fixed going forward! Excellent food in the restaurant! ”

“Amazing property with beautiful pools, restaurant, rooftop and great rooms. Nishita was great upon check in. Shreyansh was above and beyond and ensured our stay here has been memorable one. We went for a three night stay and it did not disappoint. Everyone is so friendly and provides great customer service. The location is great and I can see this becoming an annual trip for us. Can't wait to return!”

“Bad service, they didn’t mention check in time but only check out time, so when my parent reached early they had to wait for 6 hours to check in ”

“Had booked based on information provided that says 7 min walk from Nathdwara temple. After booking have tried to contact them on number provided multiple times but did not get response. After reaching Nathdwara no one was aware about location for this. Had to search for another hotel with family. After 3 days got response saying it is 23 minutes drive from Nathdwara and money can not be refunded.”

“We had the worst experience with this hotel. Payed almost double the amount and it was super dirty- sheets and pillows had stains, blankets were heavily stained. No hot showers either- freezing cold water during winters. ”

“Great place to stay with family new property. Very clean and offers all the amenities that is needed. Including elevator. And only 2 minute walk from Shreeji temple. ”
