“Renovation work was going on when we checked in, but we didn't face any inconvenience. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The most amazing thing was the hospitality. I will give 5 stars only for that. I believe it will be a great place to be in when the renovation is complete.”

“Breakfast didn't have much options when we received for the 2nd day. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. ”

“I like property location. nothing unique other there. on peper commitment for facility is not there...for tv only free channel, Ac not working, room equipment is not on desk... water heater not working”

“The place is nice but could be managed better. The furniture of the rooms needs to be refurbished. The indoor activities needs an upgrade too. The biggest issue is the stray dogs who unfortunately are not sterilized due to which they are extremely territorial and aggressive towards other dogs. As the property is a pet friendly resort, they need to ensure that the guests who come with their pets feel safe and and the stray population at the hotel does not attack the pets.”

“If you like being treated like royalty, this is it. Every staff member here are well trained and equipped to help you have a great experience. They have all aspects covered from valley to check in, many food cuisine options, fun activities for children and adults and a seamless check out process with more than 1 persons helping you. We never waited in lines, staff were available and prompt at taking care of your needs. The property itself is stunning with many varieties of trees and lush green...

“Decent hotel with minimum facilities. The price did not justify the facilities - the room had a foul smell from moisture. There was no wifi. The staff was good. There was no elevator to go to the 2nd floor with bags.”
