¡Bienvenido a First Light! Condominio directo frente al mar en South Nags Head. 




La relajación lo espera, este condominio de dos recámaras y dos baños está ubicado en el centro de muchas atracciones locales, como el bellamente renovado Jennette's Pier, el NC Aquarium en Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet Shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, Recorrido y pesca en Oregon Inlet, cenas elegantes e informales y mucho más.





Disfrute de las hermosas vistas directas al mar desde su balcón. Las características de la propiedad incluyen: cocina bien equipada, 2 televisores de pantalla plana por cable, WiFi, lavadora y secadora en la habitación. Ropa de cama (toallas de baño, toallas, sábanas) están incluidas, acceso directo a la playa, ascensor para personas en el edificio, parrillas al aire libre, 2 piscinas al aire libre (cerradas en temporada baja) y área de juegos para niños. Great location!

The location is spot on! Sitting on the deck watching the waves was surreal! The master bedroom, living room, and dining were decorated great! The 2nd bedroom lacked a comfy vibe but is ok for kids. The cleaning of the property was ok. It needed a thorough clean. Seemed as though the high spots had been the focus of the cleaning crew.

Yearly family vacation

We came for our summer vacation. The condo was great. It was close to restaurants, shops, and groceries. It had all the necessities for a great vacation. It was the perfect spot and the ocean front was awesome!

Definitely will stay here again!!!

We absolutely loved this condo. Everything inside was redone and new and modernized. The location was amazing. We were on the second floor, so there was a direct view to the ocean with no dune blocking you. At night I slept with the door open with the screen shut, and fell asleep to the sound of the waves crashing the shore. It was total bliss. Love the unit and every single thing about it and would love to stay here again! Love the Nags Head area and being so close to the Jeanette’s Pier.

Perfect OBX stay

We absolutely adored every second at First light. It's beautifully renovated and decorated. Bed was super company. The VIEW of the ocean can't be beat. It was a real treat to have the elevator to help get our things upstairs. Our new go-to place when we want to stay on the OBX!

What a GREAT Time!

Wonderful vacation

We love this property. The units are so well maintained and comfortable. It is convenient to the beach and the restaurants. The swimming pools are a great alternative to the ocean. We have stayed here two years in a row in different units and had a great experience in each. Pier View is definitely on our favorites list.

Awesome Condo

I loved this condo! It was beautiful & had everything you could need. One thing I really appreciated was having a wagon there to use. Being by myself, it was very helpful. Amy was great to work with & when I lost my key in the sand -Amy got Mike & Lisa to come to my rescue. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing your awesome condo.

Beachfront rental

The unit was clean and comfortable. Check in is simple and the host got in touch with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Love the location and balcony. We saw some amazing sunrises and dolphins swimming while sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. This is our second trip to Pierview. Thanks for the complimentary Duck Donut coupon. We had a wonderful time in the OBX. Hope to return one day.

Fun Loooong Weekend

This condo has everything needed for a great beach stay. The ocean view is excellent - sun or storm. I enjoyed both sitting on the beach as well as listening to the wild roaring waves during the Easter rain and wind storm. I will return to this property.

Enjoyable View

While the buildings exterior is dated the unit is very well maintained with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and looking out through the sliding glass doors. Always something to see even in the colder months.
