This top-floor, corner, single-level Nags Head condo features elevator access and more. As a guest of Sea Sunrise, you'll have access to the Diamond Shoals community amenities like the community pool and private walkway access to the beach! This oceanfront condo rental is also just a short drive away from local shopping, dining, grocery shopping, and more. The unit comes with two reserved parking spots with additional first-come first-served visitor parking.

    Inside Sea Sunrise, you'll be greeted by an open living area complete with magnificent ocean views, and a 50” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped for the chef in your family with granite countertops and everything needed to prepare wonderful meals during your stay including a blender, crock-pot, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee on the large covered deck while watching the sunrise and listening to the crashing waves. When it's time to rest, head to one of the 3 bedrooms for some quality shut-eye. Sea Sunrise features a King Master Bedroom complete with a jacuzzi tub as well. Additional amenities at Sea Sunrise include a communal elevator, beach chairs, and more.

perfect oceanfront condo

Really loved this spacious oceanfront Condo. We had 6 adults and it never felt crowded. The large deck was perfect for watching the waves, sunrise and an occasional military aircraft. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful location!

Very nice condo with 3 bedrooms. Location directly overlooking beach andthe ocean couldn't be better. Also appreciated having a pool on property. Condo well equipped, linens provided also helpful. Recommend!

Nice location

It was nice but if you don't stay in the upper units you wont see the ocean because of the sand hills. Pool is small to share with over a dozen units.The unit was nice but pretty stingy with extras. We got one towel each and a hand towel. One dish towel and not even a sponge to wash dishes. No extra toilet paper or garbage bags. No complimentary soap or shampoo like others we have stayed at. The complex looks run down and needs some up keep and painting. Walk ways in front of units could be scrubbed and cleaned.

Amazing views and nice clean condo!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Sunrise. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and everything was clean and comfortable. The views were amazing and the location was the most convenient we have ever stayed in the area.

Wonderful Stay at Sea Sunrise

Our stay included another couple, which, we four enjoyed Sea Sunsise very much, located in south Nags Head, near the lovely Jennette’s Pier. The location is perfect, allowing an easy drive to just about any area of interest; beach access was just a few steps away. The view each morning was a dream. The kitchen is well appointed and easy to work in; living room is very roomy with large screen TV for evening entertainment on a night off from sight seeing. The master suite with large bathroom and walk-in closet was quiet comfortable, with the exception of the bed. The bed needs updated new mattress. There isn’t a sea view from master bedroom, however, the large bathroom is nice trade off, as sharing the condo, one couple will not have the convienice of their own bathroom. The queen bedroom was very comfortable with a sea view through door opening to large wrap around deck. The twin bed was hard, but room is very cute. We would give this condo five stars, however, there were only a couple of things that are in need of addressing. Replacing King Mattress is one, bedspread was not clean, nor was base of toilet in master bedroom, which we cleaned; sofa covers really should to be replaced as they were not clean and looked old. Also, we sprayed down deck and cleaned off deck furniture so we could sit out and enjoy the beautiful view. These issues are very minor and can be easily remedied. We all agreed that we would absolutely recommend this condo. The condo is situated on a corner, which gave a nice feeling of openness to an amazing view and sounds of the sea. We hope the suggestions will be recieved in a possitive way. Brian, one of the owners quickly responded to all our questions through email and text. We want to thank him for his speedy reply’s.

Never Disappoints

This was our 3rd year staying at Sea Sunrise, during the third week of May. We absolutely love this place! Always exceptionally clean when we arrive. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular from the deck! The high deck chairs allow the perfect view over the deck railing. It is always quiet at night, except for the lull of the ocean waves. The space is roomy and the kitchen has all the amenities! We are so glad the owners share this oasis! We have reserved for next year already!

Clean and well maintained

This was the cleanest rental we've ever had. Most beach houses have issues with mold and mildew that you can smell when you walk in the door. Not this place. They installed a self draining dehumidifier that runs continually. There was a bleach smell in the bathrooms for the first couple of days and no mildew in the shower. The kitchen was better stocked than most with plenty of cookware, Corning ware and decent knives The wrap around deck provides awesome beach views. This unit has been completely renovated with quartz counters, new kitchen appliances, Anderson windows and doors, tile shower in the master bath, and plenty of towelbars. The beds were firm but comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Awesome ocean views!

This property is close to all the fun, shopping, and dining the OBX has to offer. Beautiful condo with gorgeous ocean views. This was our fourth stay at Sea Sunrise. We will definitely return.

Perfect Vacation Oasis

This was our 16th year vacationing in OBX and our third year staying at Sea Sunrise! The condo never disappoints! Always clean, comfy, and quiet. The upgrades to the condo are great! The new deck is fabulous! We look forward every year to the high-back deck chairs! Great for dolphin watching and sunrises with morning coffee! Also great in the evening while enjoying a glass of wine. The new refrigerator is also really nice! The owners are always friendly and quick to respond to questions. You cannot miss out on this great oasis! This will be our spot for as long as we come to OBX!

Perfect Vacation

Been to many places on the outer banks for 40 years and keep moving from one place to another until.... we found this one. No need to look further. This one has it all - good location, nicely outfitted even better than others in the same building. We have found the best there is ... a permanent vacation home.

Wonderful!

After many years of staying in rental homes near Corolla, we discovered this little gem last year. We have come to Sea Sunrise for two years now, and anticipate a third next year. The descriptions listed on the web page are accurate and the place is great for both indoor and outdoor activity - without the long drive from the upper beaches. Thanks so much for making this place so warm and inviting.

Another Wonderful Family Vacation at Sea Sunrise

We had a great time renting ‘Sea Sunrise’ for our family’s vacation for another year. We delighted in staying at Sea Sunrise even though the humidity was high the memories were as many as the stars in the evening sky. Great place for those young and young at heart. The kitchen is well stocked with housewares and rooms are spacious throughout the condo. There were toys in the closet, and the beach gear was used often. We also thoroughly enjoyed the large tub and gorgeous shower in the master bathroom. The elevator makes moving in and out so very easy. It honestly felt like coming home when we walked through the door, and we were all a bit choked up when our week had come to an end. Many thanks, again, for sharing your wonderful Sea Sunrise with us so we could make such beautiful memories for another year!

Wonderful stay at Sea Sunrise

This was our 2nd trip to the Outer Banks and they first stay at Sea Sunrise. We will definitely be returning to Sea Sunrise next year. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated and updated, and the view from the huge balcony and living room was spectacular. The management company, Elan vacations was very easy to work with.

Amazing Sunrise

Sea Sunrise is the perfect oasis for relaxing in the Outer Banks. This condo is in a great location. The deck offers amazing views of the ocean and the best sunrises you will ever see. The bedrooms are good sized and the dining room and living room offer ample space to spread out. The full-size washer and dryer are a great bonus! Air conditioning throughout is also nice for the really hot days. The condo is always very clean. Access to the beach is only steps away. If you are looking for a place to relax by the ocean, Sea Sunrise is the perfect place.

Perfect Home for the Week

My husband, daughter, and I spent a week at Sea Sunrise. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has everything you need for a great vacation. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching dolphins play, and walking the beach. The complex is in a convenient location for groceries, restaurants, and traveling to the other islands in the Outer Banks.

Great Location and relaxing Condo.

My husband and I spent a week at Sea Sunrise. The owner, Brian, was a pleasure to work with and was very accomodating. Everything in the Condo was exactly as represented. Elan Vacations did everything they said and were very efficient. We spent a lot of time watching the dolphins off the large back deck. It was nice to have TiVo to record shows we enjoy to watch at our convienence. The Condo was extremely well stocked with Kitchen Equipment. The Condo location was very convienent. We would be more than happy to return to Nags Head and Stay at Sea Sunrise.

Perfect, relaxing venue for a vacation

My parents arrived at the condo before we did. I was the one to book it and my mom is the one obsessed with the beach, so when we walked in and I saw the hearts in her eyes I knew we had hit the jack pot! The view did not disappoint! You have one of the best beach locations I have ever seen! The updates to the kitchen and baths were apparent and wonderfully done. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked (including sharp knives, very hard to find in a VRBO home) with the exception of salt and pepper, but we made do. We loved the fact that we could let our toddler run around the entire place without worrying about there being objects that we would have to baby-proof, including the balcony. We never heard any of our neighbors, except when on the balcony. We would return if heading back to the OBX, and we recommend to anyone wanting to be on the beach in a great location!

Our stay at Sea Sunrise was very enjoyable. The facility was very spacious and included so much. The view was great and beach had easy access. The entire family had a wonderful time. We were disappointed that a grill of some type wasn't available anywhere on the entire property. We would recommend you to others and would return ourselves.

Absolutely Perfect!

Sea Sunrise was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The unit is lovely, the views are spectacular and the location is great! Loved the easy access to the beach and the covered deck with high back chairs and table. The owners and Elan Vacations were prompt with their responses, courteous and eager to please. We wouldn't want to stay any place else on a return visit to the Outer Banks. Thank you!

The 110% Address

Have been to many places over 30 years at Nags Head but nothing beats this. The owner is responsive and the views are as advertised. A little too big for a romantic couple perhaps but ideal for families. My Nags Head home from now on...

Beautiful Sunrise!

This condo is by far the best in the Outer Banks! Only wish we had found this place sooner! Our 12th year going to the Outer Banks. Nice deck with beautiful views! Love the high back deck chairs to see over the railing! Condo super clean! Very comfy and homey! Owners respond immediately to questions. Can't wait until we return next year to Sea Sunrise!
