Estas dos habitaciones con piso de piedra travertino y decorada con un estilo rústico y moderno, un hermoso baño remodelado te hará sentir relajado y podrás descansar en una cama muy cómoda tamaño king y un dormitorio con otra a cama queen con tv y a/c, si son una familia de cuatro personas o niños, cada habitación cuenta con su puerta para mas privacidad, tendrás una terraza privada y un aré de nevera una hornilla de inducción cafetera microondas hoyas vasos cubiertos etc… también muebles de patio. Cuenta con entrada independiente y llegada autónoma si lo deseas! Estamos a menos de 3min en automóvil de una extensa variedad de restaurantes y dos playas solo a 5min en carretera 13min de un gran shopping center y reserva natural, también a 15min de la entrada al parque nacional El Yunque por la area de Naguabo donde podrás disfrutar de hermos rios, y a una hora del aeropuerto internacional luis Muños Marin. Somos muy serviciales.

The apartment is immaculately clean, has great AC, an extremely comfy bed and a lovely and relaxing outdoor area where you can enjoy listening to the peepers at night. Adam was very attentive and accommodating. Our favorite spot in the area was Cultivos Frescos de Aquí - a little produce market/farm with delicious popsicles (coconut was the best!) and a menagerie of animals you can pet and feed.

Adam was gracious, helpful, and super kind! The place is in a great location to drive for food and visiting La Fanduca. Whenever an issue came up, Adam was quick to solve it for us. This unit is great for couples or a group of friends up to 3. One room has way better AC than the other, and be mindful of the solar panels. Loved the little patio area, was great to dry off our beach towels and bathing suits. Enjoyed listening to the coquis outside while I washed the dishes in the sink outside at night. Felt very safe at all times.

I had an amazing experience at Adam’s place. The home was exactly as described very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was quiet, scenic, close to El Malecon with great food. Beautiful, Safe, and Perfectly Located Stay

This was a great and truly beautiful place to stay. The neighborhood is private, secure with controlled access, and extremely safe and quiet—perfect for relaxing. The property was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location is excellent and close to everything. While the listing shows it as being in the El Morillo sector near El Malecón, it’s actually just a short drive away—very convenient!Adam was incredibly attentive and super responsive throughout our stay. He made us feel genuinely welcomed and added a personal touch to the trip. Highly recommend!

3 days weekend stay!

The place was very near, clean and in a gated community! Adam (the owner) was kind, helpful and very informative. We went for a Destination Wedding and it was just minutes away! It was a Breeze! We had an Awesome stay and a Wonderful time! Thank you Adam? We definitely recommend your place and we’ll contact you on our next trip to Puerto Rico!

Adam is such a great host and the place is beautiful and clean. We stayed here for 3 days to be near the rainforest and it was perfect. It's also near a cute town Nyguabo with some great restaurants right on the water. Highly recommend!

Family vacation

The host is so kind and considerate. Very willing to help. It is an apartment connected to host house. Has two bedrooms, bathroom, and small kitchenette. The backyard is beautiful with a garden, grill, patio area. The coquis are such a beautiful sound to fall asleep to. Gated community with playground for little ones. Relatively close to ceiba ferry.

The Garden Suite was comfortable and relaxing.

Our host was outstanding and helpful. The back garden off the porch was beautiful. The beds were great. We should have checked it out before going on a supply run. Loved all the sounds.

Hidden gem

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodations were exceptional. Home was very clean with contemporary feel. Private back garden was stunning. We sat in the evening mesmerized listening to the wildlife. Host was responsive and accommodating. Great look at how locals live. Nice locations to the beach, board walk, restaurants and sites. Highly recommend.

The property was nice, clean and felt safe. It is in a gated community at the back of a home. Patio with grill out back. The animal sounds at night were enchanting . The host Adam was great about communicating and sent pictures to help us navigate check in. The only thing was that the AC was off on arrival so it was extremely hot and took a long time to cool off. I understand and respect conserving energy but I would advise you ask to have it turned on prior to arrival especially if you are arriving later in the day and intend to sleep comfortably. Very close to restaurants. Cute spot.

Little Oasis

I loved everything about our stay. The rooms where spotless and beds super comfortable. The AC works perfectly and cools down the room within seconds! The whole place is powered by solar energy, which is amazingly sufficient. Adam was an amazing host and accommodated all our requests and questions immediately. Absolutely stunning!!

First of all the photos will never do this home justice. The amount of care and love the owners place in this property is noticeable in every aspect of the home. This was an amazing, lucky find and i will definitely be back, likely just to stay here in pure relaxation. Just a note... bring ear plugs if you do not like noises at night, birds and such. Here you are in an aviary of nature and it's loud, lovely, and put me right to sleep. We did the rainforest during the day, and this was like sleeping there. Basically the same sounds I sleep to on my iphone sleep app. Lol. Thank you Adam, my parents and I are grateful for opening your home to us, was incredible.

Very Comfortable

The property was just as pictured. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor space, especially returning after a busy day. The host was quick to respond to questions. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Not sure if this is seasonal but the frogs were quite loud all night, beware of wildlife noises!
