The check in process was a bit of challenge, but as long as you call the number in the email they will direct you to check in inside the shopping center at the lottery ticket. Overall we had an excellent experience! ”

“Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!”
